So some kid 32 yrs old making 40k has a policy with a 6500 deductable and a 4400/yr premium spends almost 11,000 out of his pocket to use his insurance which will bankrupt him......thats cool.

Most  guys that age usually don't have the $11000 to throw away 'before' their insurance kicks in, so hes bankrupt meeting his part of the bargain.
