OH, and by the way did you know......

That is what we are there for..to assist the passengers. It really isnt that difficult to shuffle a few bags around in the overhead bin to make more room for additional bags. I do it every flight and trust me, I try my best to accommodate as much of the carry ons that come down. Many of the rollerboard bags can be turned wheels in or out, it doesnt take rocket science to know that a smaller rollerboard turned can make room for another passengers bag. I would rather make an attempt to assist, before making a passenger check a bag.

If we ALL just take a few extra minutes to show that we care about our passengers rather than barking at them rudely, they will be more receptive and will be more understanding when they see you took a few extra minutes to try to help and will not be so mad at you for asking them to check their bag.

It is a simple solution...if everyone just took the time to treat our passengers one step better, we can help make this airline become successful. Afterall, the company created the "I Make US Fly" campaign just for this reason..be more friendlier and helpful at all times!

I am SICK AND TIRED.... SICK AND TIRED of all this S$IT!!! I am so sick and tired of you guys/gals... EAST AND WEST!!!

None of you can drop the feelings and change... All of you still have feelings for : America West Airlines/US Airways/Piedmont/PSA/Allegany/and others...

We have one goal to make US Airways the best it can be for our employees, and customers. We can't go back we can't change our past. We can not change all these past airlines to who they were. We are all US Airways for better or worse. If we hate it we should leave, however I feel most of us should want to come together and put these sad rude comments behind us.

EAST vs. West post make me sick. WE are not east/west... We are all US Airways... Now lets come together to make a great airline with a great product and great contracts.... We can do this but it starts with each and everyone of us.

You are less than 1 yr employee on the West side. When I read your post on the West board you sing a different tune. :down:
 
How are we supposed to give the type of service our passengers desire and deserve when we get saddled with a crap system like Shares? I ask anyone on the west side to give specifics where Shares is in any way,shape or form even an equal to Sabre let alone a better product ! By the time IT finally gets it right it will already be yesterdays technology.
 
First and foremost, Usairways management fueled the fire by playing east against west and vice versa. Second, Noooooo we need to keep the jobs we have left in Philly and not send them to Pittsburgh. Third, the "Company" doesn't give a damn about one employee or one customer. This is a money game that unfortunately hurts all of us except for "them".
