Well considering the fact that east agents are working flights by themselves it will only be a matter of time before they cut you folks out west to one agent per flight as well. While I am totally customer oriented from a f/a standpoint I say do ONLY what you can do. Let the on-time performance suffer and don't overwork yourselves. It is their problem. When your shift is over and you don't want the overtime go home. As long as the company sees that "you can do it" they will NEVER step in and help. Just like when they took the extra flight attendants off the planes right before the food service stopped. F/a's were bending over backwards and jumping through flaming hoops to get the service done. Total BS and feel for all of you. What a mess.
