Just an interesting observation about a Cessna 182T with the registration number of N657TP. This aircraft is used by the FBI for surveillance and has been registered to 13 fake companies such as FVX Research, KOM Aviation, NBR Aviation and PXW Services. Here is the 4 hour loiter track on December 3, 2014 (day after the San Bernardino terrorist attack). The same aircraft was observed loitering during the Baltimore riots as well.
