Yep we are ghetto, and oh by the way PHX rez will be training to handle preferred and international calls. Its getting better all the time... cant wait to see how it all ends. Just in case you didnt know, there are other stations than PHL and SA7P's trvl to them all. I just think you cant lump all gate agents together and you cant lump all SA7P trvlrs together either. Its an individual issue. Mama

I didn't lump all gate agents togehter...I was only referring to Terminal F'd. You can re-read my post.

With respect to international calls going to PHX, oh lordy....by international, does that mean the Hawaii flights?

Are you am employee? If not let me assure you that these agents are dealing with alot..not just non revs and if they have are having a bad day, the GUEST trvlr needs to deal with it. All airport agents have a high level of stress

Are you for real? Those in that terminal are rude to EVERYBODY!!!!!

I have seen them just walk away from a paying passenger....looking at them like they are the scum of the earth because they asked a question.

Has nothing to do with non-rev or rev, it is about respect.

And, if they cannot handle the stress...get another friggin job.

I for one know that I could never handle their job, therefore would never attempt it. Especially for $7 an hour or whatever they make

All I can say is please take your badge off once you have been cleared to board!! I am sick of seeing non'revs sitting on the airplane with there bunches of badges and pins and keys! Nobody needs to see them, especially the flight attendant. Ding Dong we have an employee on the plane, let everyone see! NO thanks. I am happy to have you onboard believe me, just please don't advertise it. We have a final report for that. 😀

Exactly, don't! It is completely annoying and unprofessional, sorry! There is a time to where those gadgets, but not we'll on your time off.

I find that funny...lol...If I'm ever on one of your flights, I will make sure to pull out and put on every single "badge" as you call it, and every widget, gadget, and clanking key I can find! Maybe stick some parking passes in my pocket while I'm at it too
