youd be suprised. some people just love to get up in those bins... even on the barbie dream jet 170 im surprised they dont come out the ceiling

those genie trays were so gross they werent really hot more so warm and damp! and it took forever to stack them. people thought they were being nice piling stuff on top but you had to take it apart and stack them into those filthy metal trays. people looked at you like what is she doing with those trays! the 4L/4R galley was on the 75 was the place to be... no lavs for people to wander to. the 757 trips were the best, transcon with 6 f/as, long layovers... now its a trailer basically!

I would have to agree with the last two, I don't think they were fit for the job. Just like I'm not fit to go to work monday to friday from 8am to 5pm with all the rush hour crowd. after maybe two weeks of that I pretty much look like this :rant: . I could go on pointing out stupid things that people do to other professionals, for example on the subway with all the cars showing that its the 4 train with a large green circle with a 4 in it, a conductor saying its the 4 train and all the sign leading to it, someone always has the nerve to ask "AHHHH is this the 4 train??? DUHHHH "

Question for flight attendants. Sometimes if a flight attendant is being pleasant and doing a great job and I'm looking to pass a few minutes I'd like to say hi, but I don't want to be "oh god, a typical dumb passenger" and appear that i'm (a) hitting on you or (B) a dumb passenger.

So, the question is, what would you like a passenger to say or do for you if they truly have harmless, good intentions? Or do you just want to be left alone?

Well 732guy, from what I see on a daily basis is that most of the F/As just don't like to be bothered. As for me, just don't come with stupid questions or just walk into the galley and stare. that will give you an eviction notice to leave the galley. Just be cool. Hell I've started spade, hearts, and gin games in the galley. I look at it like this we are all in the same spot so why not just be friendly to each other. But not alot of people share the same thoughts as I do.
