Bob was fine so long as you drank his koolaid - he looked out for folks who saw things his way. See things differently, and you were on his s*&tlist.

He'd violate the fleet contract just to see what he could get away with. And with the AGC that had RDU, Bob got away with murder.

I have to agree. From what I saw, his attitude was, "I'm the manager....I don't care what worked in the past... We do it my way, and if you don't like it, you may leave. I'm not open to suggestions. End of discussion." I was glad the day he was no longer my manager.
