Haven't done it yet but will. Just landed on a CO flight and looked at my email and saw this survey. Anyone else receive this? I'll post what they ask later.

What a lame survey. It provides them with no meaningful information IMO. Rate how important nonstops are when choosing to buy a FC ticket. Rate how important pillow and blankets are? Please. They avoid the questions they should be asking like how many FC tix have you bought on other carriers and why. Rate US's FC..etc.

They are so clueless they even need to ask? I didn't even know we still had First Class! How ironic they don't even know where to start!

Talk about grabbing at straws. 🙄 I'm sure someone on here will claim that it's a start. Yeah right. As for those pillows and blankets though, I say TOSS THEM. They are disgusting. I'd love to have one of those things sent to a lab for testing. Can you imagine what they'd find? Ugggggggh.

Did they have an area where you could voice your opinion? And tell them, point blank, what's important to you?

Or do you think the survey is fixed? <_<

I don't understand how the survey results will be of any value. I would love to know who thought up the questions.

If you were buying a FC ticket on a flight greater than 2.5 hours, how important is seat comfort? friendliness of employees? schedule? price? pillows and blankets? glassware and china? meals? inflight entertainment? power ports? Of these, pick the four that are most important and rank them in the order of importance.

Duh, of course schedule is a consideration. Of course price is a consideration. Of course non-stop is a consideration. Friendliness of employees? No, I want to deal with rude people.

You can already see how they will spin the results. They will say, people want non-stop cheap flights with friendly employees in comfortable seats and that's what we give them, so we are doing what we should be doing. They are so out of touch. Because they refuse to speak to their former VFF's directly, they can't even come up with a decent survey to get hammered with what they are doing wrong.

There is a spot at the end that asks some silly question that you can type something in, but they way they ask it is not the way people should answer it.

  Sounds like the brillant work of Steve Kingsley and Tim Donnelly from Dining and Cabin. GOD HELP US!!!!

sky high states: well, from what I've seen through the years.....boogers, blood and semen.

Now cuddle up in that! Ew.

Now, on a more positive note. UAL is serving "ROLLS" onboard: http://www.crankyflier.com/

only stating opinions

The AA flights I've been on had large blankets wrapped in sealed plastic. Still not sure I would use them.

As for clean planes, I do have to say I was shocked that CO planes are as clean as they are. I was on a 737-300 this week and I had no idea it was a -300 until they announced it in the safety demo. The seat pocket card said it could be either a -300 or -500 and it looked too clean and fresh to be -300, well, at least to the one's that US flies.

I agree here.

CO is BY FAR, without ANY doubt....BY FAR the best F-Class product. And they are WICKED smart with how they've created and managed their premium product.

Someone at CO obviously understands that there are people out there who will buy, legitimately, the product. I buy F on CO all the time...although, admitedly, for myself, I typically do the "AU Elite" deal....buy a full Y fare and get the F-Class tossed in...saves me $50 to $200 per flight I buy. My wife, because she's not "Elite" buys it....although she's pretty close this year.

I just did UA F-Class this week....that product, while not quite as good as CO's is LIGHT YEARS ahead of US too. Week after next, I'm on AA F-Class, STL-SFO. That will be light years better too.

US F-Class SUX. I'll take the CP upgrades when I'm doing shorthaul...and I actually have, recently, bought a US F Class ticket...LAS-PVD....because it was the only seat I could find for sale in the F Cabin on anyone...UA is all Ted out of LAS....and I don't and won't ride Coach trans-con.

Why don't they just ask Parkers wife, the ex F/A...or has she forgotten about her past

I wonder how many of the new SilverKettleâ„¢ Preferreds are going to give this survey favorable answers.

I mean, they were sitting in the big seat next to the FAM in 2C thinking “If only that cute girl that wouldn’t talk to me in high school could see me nowâ€￾.
