I have to say I was impressed with Eberwein's response in the Washington Post regarding the airline's alleged "murder by overbooking."
As for First Class, do they really need to ask? Are they that sheltered? Do they not have the internet in Tempe? They don't know that it's a complete joke at all levels?
They will spin this survey and say "Our FC customers told us the most important thing is price and friendly employees, not IFE, glassware, or seat comfort."
