Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

I really don't want to rehash this from over a year ago so let me see if I can give you the short version. From what I remember both pilot groups staked out some pretty extreme positions. So binding arbitration was required. East & West ALPA leaders bear a ton of responsibility IMO for the current situation. Had both sides been a little more open to negotiation and flexible none of us would be chatting on this topic now.

I also seem to recall some less than upstanding conduct on the west side.

Frankly I'm really disappointed in both pilot groups. Speaking totally from the heart now, From the time I was a little boy I thought pilots were just the coolest people in the whole wide world. A pilot, WOW what be cooler than that? An Astronaut was cooler but they were all pilots back then. The little bitty town I grew up in we had a guy who worked for a Corporate Executive as his personal pilot, flew a Lear jet and he was always so nice to us kids who used to ask him about being a pilot. He had great stories too. To a kid who had never been more than 20 miles from home his job seemed so glamorous and exciting. I never actually wanted to be a pilot, I just thought they were cool. When I started traveling for business I got to talk to quite a few and they were all just so polite and professional even the ones on the Beech1900D who didn't look old enough to shave. So as a group they always had my admiration and respect.

Fast forward to this bunch and let's just say the bloom is off the rose and it pisses me off.

You obviously don't remember correctly. Have you read any of the transcripts? Your statement that we took an extreme position is patently false. The east MC was directed by their MEC to maintain the DOH petition under threat of recall. And it's a fact that the easts position was DOH or nothing. It's also a fact that the Nic looks more like our proposed list because it was the fairest integration method. The west was open to negs. The east - not so much. The very fact that only one side seeks a compromise shows proves this fact.

And what conduct are you referring to?

As for your pilot story, it bored me a bit as it was a bit on the overly-dramatic side. Our behavior, at least in my case and probably most others here, isn't carried over to the job. Passengers aren't exposed to this aspect of the job. If you're so disappointed, why do you stay here? Why do you feel a need to be here? I've read back a month or so on the more active threads and found you don't contribute much. You have nothing substantial to offer and are not overly informed. You state that you get messages from others expressing concern about the company but it doesn't make sense as to why you would be a conduit for these individuals. Something here isn't making sense.

I assure you I'm not related to any AAA pilots or relatives. I didn't follow it closely until just recently as in when US filed for an injunction. I used to read bits and pieces so my recollection isn't as good as it should. I'm aggravated that after all of this house crap not one US pilot East or West has brought home one dime more and frankly I'm in a blame everyone mood. Sorry, Jesus was perfect and he ended up on a cross for his efforts.

Sorry you were bored, I can't help that and no I'm not a founder and I flew US a great deal as a CP for 10 years. Less on HP. Never had much bad to say about HP.

I just don't like what's happening as a lot of people are going to get hurt financially. It's to late for the blame game as people need to look for a way out. Once the courts get done with this my prediction is NO ONE will be happy. The other piece of it is that if things break a certain way it could be the end of US

Two things that are apparently not understood by those on the East who are running around with wild theories about ALPA, Parker, and little green men from Mars funding the West litigation. Nope. It's ya'll's worst nightmare: pilots standing together.

And here is the main cheerleader who has to keep raising funds the long angry line is running out of. Reminds me of 2008 when Lehman Bros was urging their clients to buy the very stocks they were shorting.

This sites are not password protected and can be accessed anywhere, anytime. If you take the time to read all of the stuff that is there (It should take 2-3 weeks straight. Bring a note pad & keep the coffee coming! 😀 ), you should then have a basis for what has transpired.

The West pilot group is agog & aggravated at the length of time this is taking and actions of the East pilot group against us to be sure. Speaking for myself, these events have truly tested my Christian walk. None of the three parties involved in this are without sin of some sort. That said, USAPA & its supporters have done nearly everything mean and contemptible to attack the AWA pilot group.

You are right: The court system is now the only means by which this ordeal will end. If it breaks the way things have been going since May of this year (as per the company's injunction filing), the company has prepared to counter attack. There will be those that wish for the airline to burn down if they don't get their way. However, there are those of us that will do pretty much anything to thwart these knuckle-dragging attacks conducted in veiled unionism.

I wouldn't consider Aqua the "main cheerleader". The funds steadily roll into Leonidas. They usually SPIKE every time Mike Cleary does something that is both arrogant & stupid (gee, any bets on how frequently that happens?). We even get contributions from other airline pilots!

We (Leonidas) stand FIRMLY on legal, moral & ethical grounds. We stand united against those that attempt to ILLEGALLY take away from us what has been delivered by an agreed upon method. Everyone in the commercial aviation industry understands what you are trying to pull, and yet you do not.

School is back in session. Today's class is being held in the CLT courts. Two pupils are being tested, and a third is observing. Of the two pupils, one is prepared and has easily documented his homework. Someone will be left in the corner soon with a DUNCE cap on his head........

Hey! Have you given any thought to my proposal of having 2/3 - 3/4 of the West dues being placed in escrow, and then assessing the East group to cover the legal hole that Cleary & USAPA are spending you into? That sounds like a fair thing to do. What say you?

Court's been in session for 3:11 so far. No electronic devices allowed, but there are some folks that enjoy watching the proceedings that will report what has transpired soon. BTW, the Nicolau List is not ill-gotten nor a fantasy. It is a legal reality, and happens to have been delivered and accepted by Mr. Parker. Have a blessed and wonderful day.

You might want to read Doc 56-1 filed yesterday in NC. Specifically, pg 2, para #4. Ouch. Someone apparently in USAPA was accessing information and using it for illegal purposes.
