So I hear it was a total USAPA Beatdown in CLT today. No surprise there. I wonder when the Ministry of AFO communications will release their latest dispatch claiming total victory?

Just like your last Friday beat down.nothing of the sort. Did it ever cross your mind that this judge is going to take the weekend at least to think about it contrary to what Aqua and the rest tell you? It goes back in Monday for more. Smack down ? Not at all.

I've posted info in another thread. The only silence is from USAPA. And as for being gracious - I wouldn't count on it. I wouldn't expect any less if it were the other way.

You mean when USAPA got spanked? Let's recap. USAPA asked for a dismissal - denied. USAPA asked that the hearing be moved to NYC - denied. OTOH, nothing the company requested was denied - the TRO was stayed (so it's still in the company and court's arsenals) and the hearing on the injunction was expedited. Did USPAP tell you differently?

Just got done flying all week in and out of 2 crew bases. Have not seen this bag tag you speak of. Interesting that the company presented something into evidence that no east pilot has seen (at least none of the guys I saw this week).
