Hey Bob,
I would answer the UB thing but I don't have enough knowledge in that area to reply. I will look into it and talk to some people if you would like. As for the 20 yrs of concessions. What do you want me to say? That I like them, that I wish it could be different? I stick by my union. Concessions were voted on Bob. Can I curse those before me for their vote? No I can't. You say you have been at

Like I have said time and time again amfa and the TWU have very different philosphies it seems as to what constitutes unionism.

Take your leader for example. He chooses bankruptcy!! What do you have to say about that?????

The more I watch these video clips the more evedent it becomes of why the TWU international wanted to be protected against a debate with AMFA here at AA.

Well I see Dennis is doing a great job, He is getting it under control! The attitude of the officers and members have greatly improved!!!!!!!!

burchette said he was elected to every position he has had except the one he currently had at the time? INTERNATIONAL officer positions are the ones that are APPOINTED and these are the positions in question. burchette was not a good international officer and is not a good local officer.

Question...was dennis elected@ 514?

ummm, Thats a good question. I would say probably not that he was most likely appointed by the international but, we may never know for sure. One year the ballots were lost, another they were shredded the very next day after the vote count. Your guess is as good as mine on that one Steve.

The ballotts were shredded? File with the OLMS. Ballotts are supposed to placed in a safe place, sealed for at least one year after the election.

You may want to also file a protest against the election based upon this destruction of evidence.

Other factors may include the use of company or union funds in support of a candidate. Lets say that you can show that Union candidates or their supporters were on this web site promoting their candidates while on UB time. Or lets say that union officials were walking the floor talking to members about candidates while on UB.

Should the OLMS find that the charges are valid they could order a new election under OLMS supervision.

For more information see the LMRDA "Terms of Office: Election Proceedures (29 U.S.C. 481)

I didnt state whether I believed it or not. I asked a question. Are you saying its not so?

The OLMS is currently investigating my complaint. It made enough of an impression that the lawyer for the TWU entered questions concerning it into the transcript of Bobby Gless's deposition. The DOL forwarded all the info to the OLMS after telling me that the information shows a definite violation of Taft-Hartley.

Filing is easy, just call your nearest OLMS-listed in the phone book under government, and tell him/her your concerns. A call/letter to your elected government representative wouldnt hurt either.

You did not deny what I said you simply asked Bob if he believed it. I was told those things by local 514 elected officials at the time.

Maybe you can help ole Rusty file his complaints!!!

I already filed my complaints twuer along with over 9000 others and yes Bob did help.

It would not be fair to tell you what it is we are going to negotiate for you???
