The PHL 22

Yep and they were on the grassy knoll too.

You really need to stop spreading lies, your hatred is making your imagination run in overdrive.

They're definitely not back to work, yet. I'd be surprised if the company just hands them their jobs back without making them exhaust the grievance procedure. If the company does make them go all the way to arbitration will the IAM arbitrate all 16 cases? I don't believe the IAM is under any obligation to arbitrate cases, and I've seen them leave people out in the cold before. If the AGC didn't like you, you were screwed....no arbitration. IMO, they arbitrate all these cases if necessary.

Same story over here at DL 143....Also, FWIW, I've seen them refuse at least 2 termination arbitrations for fighting while at work...

Perhaps this was a case of the witnesses just not wanting to go back to PHL to testify so much time later. It happens regularly in tourist areas (I am not inferring PHL is a tourist area). Victims decide it isn't work the time and effort to return and tesify. More to do with aggravation than intimidation.

I hope whatever injuries they sustained have healed.

Speaking for myself, I'd be very reluctant to point a finger at the AGC or Howell for fear of my personal safety.

Two of the six that are rumored to have been held over are probably the toughest in the whole group, along with the AGC that wasn't held over. The accusers certainly didn't pick only the smallest of the 22, that's for sure.

A union thug is no different than a company Gun Thug. A thug is a thug is a thug.

The same way a Scab is a scab is a scab.

Rivals or not, Union Members beating each other up is unacceptable. PERIOD
