To front line employees - THANK YOU!

Unlike some FFs who keep to themselves, I have the bad habit of expressing my sympathies to US employees I come in contact with. Thats when I see the professional mask slip and see how unhappy everyone is, and it's really sad. No employee should have to regularly apologise for their employer, its soul destroying.

I do the exact same thing! Most employees I speak with on the East side open up very easily about how bad things have gotten. I haven't had a West itinerary in a few months, but I have one on 4/16, and will see if the reaction I get is any different.

And I'd also like to add my thanks to all of you who still manage to provide service with a smile, despite having every valid reason to be rude and surly. I don't know how you guys do it.
