Transatlantic Schedule Reductions

In February and March DL will reduce transatlantic flying.
I don''t have exact details, but in a major CRS, for this timeframe, JFK-MXP is out, as are 2 of 3 the ATL-LGW flights. I didn''t notice anything else missing... but then again..I didn''t check everything...
Anyone care to elaborate?

Might the impending removal of the MD-11's from the fleet have something to do with this?

...or is it because an ETOPS rated Regional Jet(ER) type is not yet available to replace the MD-11s?
