I would like to have at least 600 signed cards for the TWU.
I have now made contact with 3 more stations, albeit small ones. This should translate into another 50 cards and it's exciting to hear that the CLT campaign is moving right along to take care of what needs to be done. I presume the cards will have to be presented to the NMB by late February.
However, PHL is very intimidated and so far there have been very few cards signed there, as far as I know only 12.
The majority of your AGC's are from PHL, and NONE of the AGC's are south of PHL. However, there are alot of outsourced stations that the PHL IAM bosses didn't fight for in your new contract [enema] , from ILM to the west coast, and from MYR to ABE. Some of these stations may be able to come back mainline through this merger but you can bet NOT with the IAM still around. If you know anyone from these small or outsourced stations that would love to pay the IAM and its PHL leadership back by signing a TWU card to force an election that will effectively replace the IAM and its $100K paid PHL IAM loyalist from the property. then email me at:

It makes good sense to get rid of the IAM, they have done nothing to receive your loyalty and honor.
Further, the IAM and its loyalist want you to think that there WILL BE NO NEW NEGOTIATIONS and your permanent IAM bankruptcy contract is sealed. Thankfully that is another IAM propaganda piece and real negotiations can begin once you throw the deadbeats off your property. Remember, your company wants and needs a 'seamless' merger. There is no doubt about that fact. I can guarantee you one thing, if the IAM stays then I doubt very seriously if anything other than more IAM perks are added to the contract.
Remember, your company execs have contracts that I presume were enhanced or will be enhanced as a direct result of this merger. Don't you believe your contract deserves to be enhanced also for a 'seamless' merger? The IBT/CWA enhanced 4 articles of their contract [bringing in more stations, pay, holidays, and one other I am forgetting right now] even though I thought they could have done better.
Ironically the IAM loyalist shout the loudest almost like they are proud of the FSA contract and wish it to stay as is. Morons...the IAM got morons on their team.
And speaking of IAM misleadership, Roach fired off a letter to the NMB that was hysterical [good comical reading]. It had no legal merit and the NMB isn't in the business of settling nursery schoollike tandrums. It is quite clear to me that that audience of that letter was not in fact who it was addressed to but rather you the membership. Alas, yet another IAM fright letter.
regards,
