Ua Upgrades F Meals -- Where Is Us?!

Some UA customers over on flyertalk.com have been discussing UA's decision to restore some of the meal services initially cut from F. Has US given any indication of doing the same? Also, I see ATA is adding a "business class" to its entire fleet, which is clearly a move to win more business passengers that want a better deal yet still want their upgrades.

I also heard that some of the Envoy meal features were being restored. Any truth to this? Does current Envoy fit Star Alliance standards for biz class?
