If we voted with emotions involved we would all be doomed...think we are already exhausted and overwhelmed with anger towards managements decisions, and our options are few although if contract is not voted in our option is truely liquidation.
I''m not quite ready to throw in the towel yet I still have hope...even though it''s a a huge price. My price seems to be deeper than managements whose cuts only last 1 year..this I don''t understand..and the bonuses are another issue altogether..Then there is the profit sharing which no longer exsist for res and AtO employees...I just need to get over it and vote with my head and not emotion..this is not an easy thing to overcome....there is alot of anger towards management.
