How many VPs are there? And do they really serve a purpose?

They certainly DO !!!. Imagine a swimming pool filled with liquid cash, squeezed from the employees and customers.... Now: Just how many sponges, no matter how large, do you think it really takes to soak it all up?

  There aren't enough sponges in the sea!

I asked that because a friend who is a former NWA employee said that they once had a teleconferance that asked if they think they should eliminate VP positions because they have something like...ballpark figure...hundreds!!!

Well, judging from employee morale, Larry LeSueur wasn’t doing a very good job as VP of Culture.

Yes, and he "retired" after 24 years of service and yet, probably in his middle 40's in age. Fairly light resume with his liberal arts bachelors degree and bag smashing experience. People ask when someone is leaving as to whether the person was pushed or did he jump? I think the answer is pretty obvious on this one leaving behind his six-figure income.

But as someone mentioned on another thread, he did lose a fair amount of weight which was given substantial amount of coverage in the weekly employee newsletter. Eat Fresh, Larry! Subways is still hiring!

So Muses Jester.
