USAIRWAYS managment position on workers

I'm confused.
Ya know, Bear, I can't decide if you really are that dense (hence truly confused) or just like to twist words around to stir the pot. Either way, it's not worth the time to try and "unconfuse" you - if you're that dense you still wouldn't understand and if you just like to stir the pot why give you more material....

Well then educate me. Why is it OK for PineyBob to call someone a "jackass" but then get on his high horse when someone else calls someone (not even him) a "slug"?

I truly don't understand.

Cause piney didnt put it in a memo on company letter head.Directing his foreman to monitor the jackass. He said it in the public domain.Workers have no recourse to use in the workplace exceept the CBA.You have the freedom of debate here.

Like Jim said, you could get it if you wanted to.

He said it in the public domain.
So if the LCC manager had said this "in the public domain" (whatever that means in this context), it would have been OK?

You are trying to make a distinction without a difference.

It's still hypocritical to get on someone for calling a person "slug" on the grounds that that is disrespectful and rude, while calling a person "jackass" yourself.

You can twist yourself in knots trying to argue otherwise.

the t/shirt rocks, Its great, whats DP's e/mail...so we can send him a link.

I worked directly for the manager in question for about a year and believe me....many people have contacted HR, lawyers, etc about that jackass.
A few years ago him and another foreman went snow mobiling and there was an accident....he fell off his snow mobile and the other guy ran him over....he was out for months. Most people's first reacation to this news was (with an excited look on their face)"Is he dead!?!?!?" People were cheering when they heard this, most shook the other foreman's hand and thanked him for it. That tells you about how much respect this guy has from his slugs.
