I am wasting nothing, and believe that funding the organizing ourselves, not only makes for a stronger union, but you are not being sold a crock of lies from professional salesmen that you have never even worked around.

You have already been lied to and you even told those same lies to others, but even when proven you have been lied to, you still keep going just like a battered spouse. What kind of Union would you have if it requires lies just to get the cards signed to begin with? What a great way to begin!

Your contempt for the welding skill is what many of your signers fear about AMFA and yet it is coming the mouth of a Teamster supporter.

Are you telling those OSM's, Part Washers, and Machinist in your area how you feel when you ask them sign your Teamster card? Or do you lie and pretend that you have no comtempt for them?

I don't have contempt for welders my statement was that you are not an AMT so don't represent yourself as one, that was my point your a welder not an AMT (A&P Mechanic) there is a difference, even if we went AMFA it is not likely A&P Mechanics would elect a Welder as an Officer we would want to elect AMT (A&P Mechanics) as our officers, I don't see any difference between electing a Fleet service clerk or a welder neither represent A&P Mechanics, just my opinion.

The NMB choose who is in our craft & class not me, If it were up to me we would only have Mechanics in our craft & class OSM, Machinist's & A&P Mechanics & no one else but I don't get to decide that.
The NMB totally screwed the Mechanic profession over with how they craft & classed us in my opinion.

Because there are too many people in our craft & class like Welders etc. that don't want a Mechanics only union & won't sign cards where as there are many who will support an Industrial Union, there is a reason why AMFA only has two companies & a few thousand members & the Teamsters have a lot of companies & 1.4 MILLION Members.
AMFA is losing members to the Teamsters all the time but the Teamsters are not losing members to AMFA & that trend will continue you can bet on it.
UA had AMFA but traded them for the Teamsters & my bet is that they will not be going back. ;-)

Dispatchers, flight sim techs and tech services who all have much better contracts than us vote as a seperate unit! Why not us? They are much, much smaller groups than us that control their own destiny!!

Hate to bring you in this mud pit, but their is a massive push to get rid of the twu at afw, and we have Larrys endorsment with the AMFA drive. We have nothing left of our contract so their is no reason to support This Worthless Union. We sure can use a public endorsment from all the locals that voted not to bring this turd back for vote!
The twu is done, the teamsters are nothing but a play by the twu to water down the AMFA drive. Who gives a fck if you have to go back to your box, the locals need to get together and do whats right!!!!!!!

Raptorman just called me & told me that Dave Stewart signed a Teamster card the other day, it's all over the Cam building now alright it's good to see that he is coming on board, it's only one card but coming from an advent AMFA supporter it's a good sign that even the die hard's are coming to their senses & supporting the Teamsters. ;-)

I would say that Dave Stewart now has a valid lawsuit against the Teamsters and the organizer for disclosing this, or he has a defamation suit against those claiming he did--if in fact he didn't. I wish I was Dave right about now.
