Could World Tracer have any thing to do with itAfter all the push for baggage problem corrections, I still cant fathom how management (and maybe its only local) can have a dont care approach to trying to get something corrected without it going on for days at a time.

See now that's the difference between a management team that cares about it's passengers and its employees. A couple of years ago when Comair caused a meltdown at Delta our VP of customer service had each manager in the state of Florida send a volunteer immediately to Cincinnati to help sort out the baggage. I think they moved all to a hanger to get it away from the airport.
