Now that they found his, can someone please start looking for mine? 🙁

Nope. No extra staffing in baggage and we're still running an ops which means more claims, more bags leftover, etc. so no one available to go thru the leftovers. They did send two of us down to baggae yesterday for a couple of hours to help sort through bags, but they are all over the place and as soon as you get one flight sorted out the skycaps bring down the next one and dump on you. There is no where to store the leftovers (nonrevs, vols, or people who are m.i.a.) The poor girl thats scheduled off at midnight has stayed until 6 or 8 am everyday since Wed night. Havent even heard of them asking for anyone willing to just go down and sort bags, etc. Managements response- it will eventually work itself out. Ok, no need for us to be concerned (most of the agents probably dont even have a clue what the baggage area looks like right now) if management doesnt seem to be worried. After all the push for baggage problem corrections, I still cant fathom how management (and maybe its only local) can have a dont care approach to trying to get something corrected without it going on for days at a time.

Could World Tracer have any thing to do with it

TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER

uh, excuse me, but who is tracing it because everyone I speak to says they are too busy to look for it.

See now that's the difference between a management team that cares about it's passengers and its employees. A couple of years ago when Comair caused a meltdown at Delta our VP of customer service had each manager in the state of Florida send a volunteer immediately to Cincinnati to help sort out the baggage. I think they moved all to a hanger to get it away from the airport.

Get a clue HP....you are a bunch of rookies that don't know how to run an airline.

We cant even get our manager to send a volunteer from the counter down to baggage, forget sending them out of station!

Have you checked in PHL......it's been on the news how many lost bags are sitting there, they keep showing it, including this morning.

And I was all ready to make you a website... whereisUS1YFAREsbag.com complete with pictures to help identify it. 😉

Glad you and your bag are reunited. I know how good that feels, having had my checked bags not make it many times.

thanks to everyone for all of the prayers and good wishes...it's been a tough week and i'm glad the ordeal is finally over....
