The agents in SNA rock... they run that station well. They have also have had their moments.
Catering- Don't get me started how disgusted I am with them!!! Maureen got promoted(i think I just puked in my mouth). If things are wrong I call them and just short of harassing them let em know whats going on. I have demanded they have come down to the planes in PHX when its beyond unaccepatable!
