What Do Nw Flt Crews Think?

Your complaining about the ground crews taking too long, and not helping the operation or your needs? Hee-Hee...hey smart guy.....Your a SCAB!

They flight crews don't like you, the ground crews don't like you, you have very few friends. Management doesn't like you because the operation is suffering, and bankruptcy is looming. Pay cuts and job losses for the burnt out management too. A very ugly scene at NWA.

Get used to being shunned and reviled the rest of your days scabby. Don't complain.

You did it to yourself. 😉
 
No complaining here I'm just stating facts. Northwest isn't out of the woods yet but they are close. I sure would hate to see them blow this because they can't provide the proper equipment for these guys and run them off prematurely.

Local 12 you continue to belittle the scabs, yet they continue to make your union look like fools. Even going through this learning curve with numerous other hurdles they continue to out perform your union guys. They have done this for the past three weeks. What are you going to say in a month when all the numbers begin to embarrassingly excel the union mechanics performance? If we are beating your numbers now and it takes four guys four hours to change a tire that tells me these guys are working at their leisure and are still busting the performance numbers. I have to pace myself to stay busy through out the whole night otherwise I would spend hours sitting in the break room watching the clock turn. This is being done with 1/3rd your numbers. What does that say about you union mechanics?
 
PTO...you've never explained where you get your info from that makes you think you and your scab buddies are out performing AMFA? It has already been proven that Andy Roberts lied about the performance numbers. Maybe you should remove your head from managements arse and see whats really going on, oh yeah i forgot, its hard to see whats happening when your hiding on the bus in fear. Grow a set PTO and be a man for once in your life.
 
I work on the line. I see the numbers everyday. The supervisors and leads are more than happy with our performance on a daily basis. They say they want all jobs done by such and such time and we turn in the job packages an hour early. Nothing has been deferred for a lack of time, only because of a lack of parts. These guys have got their momentum moving strong. It's only going to get stronger from here on out.

So what do you really do, work for the IAM, maybe run the AMFANUTS BB? From re-reading your posts I highly doubt you've ever worked on an airplane. Hell, you sound alot like Bobby Depace or Robert Roach. Maybe your just Roach's toolboy, his bootlicker. You're not working on planes, you're being paid by the IAM to post away and continue the union busting by their bed partner NWA. :down:

All I can say to that AMFAMAN is that I go everyday and break out may shinny new tool, load up one of those little electric flat bed trucks with a ladder, servicing pump, a box of ripped up shirts for rags, clip on my radio, check-out a tire pressure gauge, pick-up my job package and head out to the ramp. I knock out the checks and work off any MELs if necessary. They are getting scarce by the way.

Believe what you wish but I am here turning wrenches for Northwest.
