It's amazing that our supervisor is handing out a hard copy on how to go to the M&R tentative agreement tool online and figure out how to calculate(with the M&R TA Tool) your new pay. What a joke. It's only showing me how bad this company wants this agreement.

Now why would Steve say Bob doesn't care for overhaul? That was what burchette use to sing. When will Tulsa presidents understand that overhaul and line produce WORLD CLASS MAINTENANCE together? We each depend on the other to do our jobs.

Steve was not reelected because the membership did not want him leading so why take a pot shot at Bob Owens? Bob is no "cAAveman".

One big reason to vote NO, is to not throw the people younger than 50 under the bus. The difference in retiree medical for the under 50 and 50 and over is unacceptable.

I looked at my paycheck this evening to see what I was to pay on Friday for my retiree medical. I'm due to pay $7.84, basically less than a dime an hour for an 80 hour pay check. I question how big is this benefit loss, and how negatively impacted am I if I don't have to pay for it in the future. I'm within the 49 and under crowd as of 12-31-2010 and I don't know if I'm willing to blow my skirt over this issue...
