Who else is angry besides me?

I just can''t believe UAL''s mechanics nationwide voted down a concession of 7% pay and four days vacation. And this at a company which is 55% employee owned. This brings new meaning to the the term shooting yourself in the foot.
One word: CORPORATE GREED
And it starts from the top (CEO''s) on down.
Looking out for the best interests of the company means being willing to make sacrifices, but apparently these mechanics are foolishly looking out for their own interests.
My company, I''ve been told, has voluntarily been accepting 2001 rates from United for completion of our flights. But I predict future cost cuts for Air Wisconsin also.
I sense a lot of anger bubbling up to the surface. I hope it will turn out well,
but I''ve lost a lot of confidence in UAL avoiding bankruptcy. I have my suspicions . . .
