Yes, we had a "Spanish Desk". We would xfer the call and it would go to a USAirways agnt who was available. Now we call the language line and the translator translates everything between customer and us. I just read in a business mag that the average pay in India is 4k-8k per yr. Curious, anyone know what the average pay is in Central America or South America?
