You only got the DL Organizer as the spoils of getting Delaney and YOUR candidates elected.
 
Lets see MC totally screwed up and cases disappeared like he did and he went MIA and had to be tracked down to get his cases and if US didnt threaten to fire him as he was quit being an AGC because he was being charged with Job Abandonment as he just fell off the face of the earth due to his situation.
 
FO totally dropped the ball on the arbitration cases.
 
Your hand picked reps Tim, failed the membership and you are the one to blame for it.
 
Lets see you failed at raiding US several times and at AA once.

You were tried and convicted for dual unionism and removed from GCC for US at ORD.

Here are just a few reasons why the TWU won't intentionally violate their contract like the IAM leaders are saying.
 
According to the LM2 statements, the TWU is dying financially.  That's why they couldn 't even afford an organizing drive against the IAM, it would have bankrupt them. Unlike the IAM, the TWU is surviving on a shoe string.

2012   $25 Million
2011: $26 Million
2010: $31 Million
2009: $37 million
2008: $44 Million
2007: $49 million
2006: $50 million
2005: 52 Million
2004: $54 million
2003: $57 million
2002: $59 million
2001: $60 million
 
Now, it's fairly easy to see that the TWU has lost MILLIONS in each year.  One more time, 700, please tell us that the TWU will intentionally take on US AIRWAYS legal team and violate its contract INTENTIONALLY and please tell us how AH and Parker are going to sit back and not file severe synergy financial losses?

Show how not filing SCS will cause "pain"?
 
Are you taking lessons from Chip Munn?
 
And I gave perfect examples of how at UA that SCS filing didnt cause a JCBA with the Mechanics and Flight Attendants.
 
Also if they file SCS and the IAM and TWU refuse to negotiate a JCBA and continue in Section 6 which is their right under law, how can US/AA claim damages when the law permits that course of action.
 
I dont hate anyone, you are the one who has to live with your actions and what you have done.

Everyone is appointed the NC, 141, 142, etc... There arent elections to the NC.
 
This is Fleet Service 141, not 142 as you say.
 
Post in the M&R thread for your answers.
 
And everyone at US on the NC are from US except Delaney from UA for 141 and all on 142 are from US.
