The Association would be recognized in the courts, it is signed and legal.
 
On a side note, Roa and I don't know each other and maybe he supports me because I come on here and post the truth and don't call people names if they disagree with me.

I find it interesting that in your mind... if anyone does not follow your ideology like the pied piper... they (we) are labeled “supporters” that are somehow controlled and directed by the IAM Leadership.

i havent been on here pushing my support, i have been on here educating members about the associationand legal timelines that are incredibly important to better understand why the ultimatum strategy is losing our leverage. In doing so i realize i will lose support. If i cared about votes as u say i would just sit back. Prez cant even answer a simple question.

You don't have much of an audience from what I understand! Who has been giving you legal advice on the ramifications of the NMB and SCS? I know you didn't major in LAW, so that means SOMEONE under legal advisement is giving you information on this subject to interject here... who?

2 questions for you Tim.

1. Do you think that the lawyers may know about what's going on than you or I or Rez?

2. Are you or I or Rez smarter than them ?
