The entertainment over here is outstanding, no doubt. The twists and turns, the plots and subplots. Only "Days of Our Lives" (when I was forced to watch it with the hot babysitter) had more stories within a story. Now, hopefully all these characters and their roles will eventually lead to a good contract for you guys at US, and then an outstanding CBA when a JCBA is reached. Good luck to you all.
Ha Ha ...thats funny **** dude

Maybe I don't mind them making my education an issue.
Well if you don't "mind" them (whoever you consider them to be) making an issue of your education why are you playing Area 51 about it?

And if that degree is in Theology I would figure even more so that you would want to wear that as a banner of pride. With me you wouldn't have to worry about any form of cross examination on that matter. My arms are personally too short to box with God.

I was forced to watch it with my MOTHER because it was always on when I got home from school. You get no pity here being forced to watch it with a HOT babysitter.

You are usually quick to answer Tim but not in this case. Ill just initiate a truce because we have different opinions and there is nothing wrong with that.

AANOTOK,
the company has taken so much off the table that it has completely jerked off the NC at this point by now only offering a 1% increase over 3 years. Same thing happened at United and this is like a bad movie I have to watch again.

Due to politics, the sitting leaders are asking...excuse me, demanding ultimatums that buy a tremendous amount of votes but are not possibly real in a pre-joint contract context. Initially, AMR wages and some scope were very doable but now the whole thing is blown up as Doug Parker apparently doesn't have a sense of humor for politics.  I'm not saying that any offer by Parker was acceptable but each offer has more and more taken off the table as our IAM leaders dick around in politics.  At United, the offer went 12%, keep free medical, some scope.....to 12%......to 10%.....to $0 and tuffa lucka we will see you in joint talks.   At United, tens of thousands of other employees got signed contracts prior to joint talks EXCEPT the IAM who got goose-egged.   Everyone is pissed off at management for being greedy bastards and even more greedier now than ever, and members are right to be pissed off, but polarizing talks and issuing ultimatums to management has been proven not to work at United.  Sure, it buys a lot of votes since everyone wants the 15% pay raise, 3 more holidays, full sick time, extra weeks of vacation, 20% more retirement, double the scope......but it does NOTHING for negotiations other than alienate, polarize, talks.

That's what is going on.

As an aside,

Happy to report that ORD and IAD, two United hubs voted overwhelmingly for change, today,  for the INTL elections.  Also happy to report that transportation GVP Sito Pantoya finished dead last here in ORD.

I Hope Jay Cronk wins the presidency but it truly is an uphill battle that will involve all 600,000 members, including retirees, but it's good to see that the DL141 members in the largest locals within this district are for change. And plenty of it.  I will add that I think DL142 is moreso for the incumbents, especially the US AIR MX who aren't dues objectors. I know we have southwest airline members in our ORD local and they sent in about 50 straight ticket absentee ballots for buffy who only got aound 130 votes out of close to 600.  A very good turnout for an intl election and that bodes well for the June turnout which I would think would be 3x.  Seems the United members and Boeing are pissed off over the lies and know exactly what to do at this point.

Tim I can't say for certain that your claims aren't true as maybe you have an insider who has been feeding you this information. But the fact that you are running a personal campaign against those who are currently in those spots does make your credibility slightly suspect.

Can you produce any documentation verifying your claims? Otherwise it's all hearsay, rumor and innuendo solely designed to paint you in a light that may buy you a few votes by casting aspersions on the incumbents credibility.

Actually everything is hearsay in that light from the incumbents as well.  Nothing has been produced and I have been harping on this.  I think they are in AH's pocket as they don't want to expose the 1% proposal as I suggested.

Yes I will agree with you on the first sentence. But the difference between you and them at least at this moment is that the members voted them in and you are trying to get what they already have. Again unfortunately your own campaign is what makes your words suspect if they are true.

Shall i share the email you wrote me on this forum Tim?   Blow secrets and smoke up u=r own ass shall i share your email?   don't make me an enemy. you have few friends here. Making me defend my beliefs does nothing for a person thats in an election to lead this group! Think about what you are accusing me of?....i have a right to my opinion and belief !.....If you can't give that to me then how can you possibly lead this field service group......The only thing you are missing is the shovel to cover the #### you are creating here
Of course I have few friends posting on here.  Don't make friends too easily pointing out the truth.  Prior to the United contract, on the United page, very few liked me exposing the lies by Team Delaney.  After the contract was passed, Team Delaney scattered like cock roaches when management brought the hammer on the members.  But those same United guys now support me due to my honesty and speaking the truth that they couldn't handle prior to the onslaught. Doesn't mean they didn't read the contract, just means that the Team Delaney blew so much smoke up their asses explaining the contract with smoke.

That may be true but the alternative is for me to sit back and allow stupid to happen.

I will say though as a personal opinion you attack your leaders far too much even for a personal campaign. It smacks of desperation to be as intense as you constantly are. You may want to draw down on it a bit and go after what you believe are the facts to support your myriad of complaints. People are probably drowning out your Delaney this, Delaney that. People want a stable job and to be compensated well for it. The rest they could give 2 you know what's about.

Don't take it personal, this is Nelson's MO... he has a mission, and it's not personal...
Why do you think he is on here north of 15 hrs per day... EVERY day?

Mr. Nelson has been slandering the Union Leaders since the 90’s! It has been non-stop, and has evolved with the times.

For instance-- in the 90’s before social media became commonplace, he authored, and distributed word processed newspapers that were entitled “The Big Picture” through-out the system from the CLT hub. The cargo bins of active flights were loaded with these documents as they flew to various destinations for distribution.

This publication had a main theme of attacking the Leadership of the IAM, and proclaimed them as being “corrupt, inept, and in bed with the company”. Interestingly, they were distributed on Company Property in a strict environment that allowed virtually NO Union publications, or flyers... hmmmm...

Fast forward to today, some 20 years later... same scenario... only he has the advantage of Social Media! It is clear to me that there has been a profound prejudice toward ALL things union coming from this man for decades!

Tim Nelson said:
i said what i said. Im not going to get in a cat and mouse game having to produce documents on things. I have a masters education and if someone doesnt believe it then i cant force them to.
Then why did you post the ambiguous reference to your education on your political site? If you are waving the "masters flag" for accolades... we should know more about it. In fact, we deserve to know more about it, before we decide to vote for you, or not!
