I have a question; can someone serve as a Union Officer if he/she has a past history of Duel Unionism?

Nope.  That said, I'm not going anywhere, I got at least another 15 years here in fleet service, Lord willing.
 
If they violate my rights for any cause, I will be relentless on them and fearless. With goodness and mercy following me all the days of my life I have NOTHING to fear.  And things that happen to me, happen to me for my good. No matter how twisted something may be, no matter how wrong it may be,  I have a firm belief that everything happens for a reason and it is for my good. 
 
I would suggest that the district stop acting like dicks about banishing folks who are against them, and start allowing a diversity of opinion. Otherwise, this union will continue to die instead of being rebuilt.  If they learned that simple respect, then they may have had better contracts and wouldn't be in this political mess they created.

The police were called by the  TWU members who were attacked by Armedio and his boys.
 
The were fired and charged with assault.
 
You cant defend their actions and because you do, you dont deserve anyone's vote.

Tim  what makes you so sure that Prez is done come June?  What if he wins   what will you say or be like?  Ive met the guy and a few others and compared to Canale team  I prefer these guys bec at least theyre keepin us up to date as best as they can

These guys just been bull shitting you robbed. Just like they did at United.  They have nothing to show over 6 years. NOTHING.   I've asked Roabilly to share with us just one thing these guys have accomplished other than just being nice fellas. 
As far as the negotiations go, hopefully, the damage isn't extensive. 
 
When I say Prez is done, I mean as a District officer this time. That's my opinion Robbed but then again that's why they have elections. Who knows I suppose but if he wins, I still will be relentless on him and the NC if they continue to move downwards. As far as Prez, the person, I have no problem with him. Nice fella, just not cut out to go against management.  Tooooooooooo Close to management for sure!

He had to have paid his fines to become a member in good standing again.
 
He was tried and convicted of dual unionism, removed from office , pay fines and would be barred for a period of time to run for office.
 
Im not sure where he was tried, but the local that did it would have a copy of the trial report and penalties.
 
If I remember correctly it was done at 1487 in Chicago.

I know the LL President tried to reinstate him as Grievance Chairman and the District sent a letter to US to inform them he is not the Chairman and was removed from office.

So... “IF” he gets elected, would it be within the realm of possibility that SOMEONE on the opposing team, or even a Member in good standing to protest, and question his validity as a candidate within the newly elected position?
 
If so, would he have a chance of getting removed from office?
 
What were the folks that agreed to run WITH him thinking?

You need to contact 1487 and get a copy of the trial report to see what the penalty involved was.
 
Normally if a fine is not paid, he isnt a member in good standing.

#1 I am a full on TWU member and supporter and #2 I would NEVER condone or advocate an assault against any union member period.

I would really love to know what you are alluding to here?

I know all of it. It's clearly visible and searchable on the net. What I would like to know right now is if he condones assaulting members of other unions. If he agrees with the assault that took place that the criminal justice system clearly did not. Is this the kind of union member Tim is. An old fashioned knuckle dragger thug?

We had some guys here in MIA during the raid before the association was formed who thought about some old fashioned payback. When they told me what they were even thinking about I reamed them a new asshole.

Again Union members should NEVER condone harm on other Union members. You let your organizations accomplishments speak for their worth as to whether or not they're the better choice for representation.

Certainly I don't believe in assault.  PHL has a right to see Pat's statements. He is asking for their vote so it is fair game.
