Contract negotiations continue to be ongoing. No TA reached in DFW this week. Let's stand our ground.
Lock and Load!

 

What is being discussed in Negations IS business confidential! Negotiations are completely about a major business expense that is both current, and projected... LABOR COST!
 
Confidentiality Agreements are presented for a reason... to protect the interest of the Company. The NDA’s are not presented to hide information from the Membership. The Membership is allowed to review the full context of any agreement BEFORE voting for it. Only then are the “secrets” of what transpired in Negotiations revealed... LEGALLY under Federal Law!  

That is incorrect sir.  The negotiation team can bring a proposal to the membership.  You are incorrect sir,  please cite the federal law that prohibits a union from bringing back a proposal that doesn't contain financial documents that compromise SEC law, sir?   I'll be waiting for your reference, sir.   Also, I like the 'hard line' Roabilly that has the "Lock and Load".   Don't get soft on us now, sir.  Or did Fairbanks tell you to take it down, sir?
 
Hey Roa, who was blowing smoke up your ass about the release, sir?  Who told you once we approach June that a release will be done with, sir?   Who busted my balls and said, "We prepared to strike and June not have nutt'n to do with it!"     Wake up Roa.  I don't have to remind you that I hate being right in this situation.  The highlight sheet is coming once wikileaks gives me the full review.

I'm just being polite to Roa.  I miss the old roa that always had "Lock and Load"
 
I'll be bringing out the highlight sheet once I get the full report from WIki.  Everything will be factual up to date.

Highlight Sheet? I can’t believe this... if Tim's source is credible, we need the whole picture to see if he is are right! A highlight sheet would contain cherry picked, negatively spun fragments of the proposal of advancing his own political aspirations.

I'm not sure, I've already contacted key folks in the hubs and they are excited to get the information.  But, it will just be a highlight sheet and wont have the entire contract printed out.  As I said, it appears there are some language issues regarding health care but Delaney says any change to it is cost neutral and not to worry. I'm not so sure, but some issues we will have to leave alone.  The only highlights will be the objective issues that were already signed off.

What are you mad about, Tim has a source and is not afraid of letting the word out. Then again, if you and MF are so tight why isn't he telling you anything? Maybe you could put out a highlight sheet!!!!!! We should know more than just " it's in the hands of LP ". Going on three years and guy's like you that have nothing in this keep badgering away.

Your TWU contracts are a hard sell trying to get new union members. Maybe CWA can make you look bad

nothing is against your boy fairbanks allowing you to go ahead and put out a highlight but you already know it would be the same one as mine. Why did fairbanks demand that you remove "lock and load"?. The members want to know.
