I'm begining to believe your source in negotiations is in fact AH. Your credibility is eroding fast. As much as you want to deny it... the outcome will be in the memberships' hands! Until a TA is presented to the membership... your acusations and insinuations remain meritless. The membership needs to stop following false prophets who proclaim they can clean up the mess and lead us to the promised land. The membership needs to realize they control their own fate. Regardless of what leadership is elected. I know it's election time. But let's seperate contract negotiations from AGC elections. The question members need to be asking in June is which candidates are best qualified for the positions they seek. The members need to know; regardless of the outcome of the elections in June the agenda of the company in negotiations remains the same. The members need to realize voting for change, based on hollow promises from opposition candidates, will not change the direction. The only thing that will effectively change direction is a change in the mindset of the membership. The membership controls their fate. Not the current leadership or the opposition candidates running for election this June.
Notice he didn't deny it in his post after yours.  Such a messed up situation we find our leadership in when we have those that conspire for self gain. My only question is....Whats to gain by that?.....$$$ maybe? Maybe if the shoes were on the other foot like 7-9000 US vs 5000 AA it would be a different situation

The reason AH would love to have an “insider” on his side is simple -- By interfering with the Political Process, he can weaken the Bargaining Unit, perhaps for decades to come! The end result of this weakness is obtained from instilling distrust in the Leadership, and reason is simple... M-O-N-E-Y! A weak Leadership cannot rally the Members behind them to achieve optimum agreements, thus saving the Company MILLIONS!

Having a loyal “counter agent” actually serving on the Union’s Officer Roster would be even more advantageous. Any such “plant” from the Fleet Service rank and file would be the Company’s greatest achievement, as they would know the strategies and weaknesses of any N/C well before entering the Negations Room!

This one makes a lot of sense. Especially with someone who has an ax to grind having been removed from a union position, not once but twice. Also don't forget that he has tried to make inroads with some of our people as well since the merger was announced.

The picture comes into focus when you step back and look at it from a distance!

That's kind of why I'm enjoying myself here. You guys are a little too connected to the history of the people you've known for years to have that different perspective. I personally don't know any of you so I just go by the things I read and my own instincts about all of you.

The “Picture” is four dimensional, TIME being the fourth dimension. To fully comprehend what you see now, you need to add all the layers of what transpired in the past, and what we observed... year, after year... for several decades!

It gets REAL interesting when one does that....

Like I said Roa we are very well aware of the activities of Mr Nelson. Another thing I should point out on your comment that he may be being fed by management. I don't think the membership needs to have any concern in that area. I'm pretty well sure that our guys in the TWU will be adamant that Tim is no where near those joint negotiations once they start. Remember this is going to be a mutual joint effort at securing a CBA for all and will be just a little different then the way both sides have been used to it in the past.

Tim can stamp his feet all he wants but in the end it really won't matter.

From the unifiedforchange.org website.  Yet another endorsement.

Kim Tellado - ORD - Customer Service

I fully support the Unified for Change team.

I feel like we are in a fight for our livelihoods, as we see our co-workers ripped of jobs and outsourcing.

It is time to stand up and bring change to our union take it back and start rebuilding. This is our future at stake.

Current leadership has thrown away over 65+ years of work rules. As a customer service r...ep it is sad to see so many
stations being outsourced and our fellow workers both atw and btw get displaced or lose jobs, where is the district? Not there.

It is time we stand up for ourselves become unified and make the change. Enough is enough it is time for change I support the entire Unified for Change team. Time to take back our union !

The lust for power, money and greed. A lust so strong one is willing to sleep with the enemy and spread dissention within the rank and file by bashing the incumbent candidates. Creating a spin of truths mixed with lies in order to deceive. Introducing deception to achieve a political agenda. What an honorable way to get elected.

I think WeAAsles is on the right track here. Never thought of it that way. The enemy has picked a perfect pidgeon to fly the coop since there are more Negotiations in the future that require soldiers to fall in line....(so to speak)

I would love those in the TN camp ( the members ) to come on here and tell us why TN would never cross over.  Josh / Rockit / other people / Iam member ?..That would be a lot of trust on your part to believe otherwise with all the information that is being tossed about !

AH you can pipe in also if you want !

I do remember saying months ago that timmie was Al's boy, now you all finally get it!
