You used that quote out of context. It was in regards to Rockit's question about holding off joint talks not our TA that is coming out.............Again....misleading the reader...

Your arms are too short to be a good boxer kid.
And to add. My Grandmother was a 5 foot nothing old Irish crone who could hit harder than you even when she was half bagged. But you do make me laugh sometimes.
I wish your grandma well. But u wont chage my opinion, im not into cost neutral as u seem tk be. I dont beliece we have to pay for our wage with health care and part time.
I dont believe the scope is accurate either. Wiki needs to update us but my understanding is that the negotiations team may have lied and that the scope doesnt extend through the duration. Something is wrong.

[/QUOTE]Can you ever stop stirring the crap?

Oh you cant cause it has to be all about tim and not what's best for the members.

All you do is speculate to rile everyone up, its enough all ready.

Wait till the language comes out for everyone to see, then you can talk about it, until then be a man and stop the baby games.

You do more at dividing the membership than to bring the members together.

Tim
Did you ever post the voting numbers that you told Robbed you would by the end of last week?

Its with this June 1st Term Sheet.

He posted his video where he conceded that his slate is losing.

I forgot about that mike33   thanks for bringing that up.    700 is there a link to the video?    as for scope  from what I have seen on the highlight  the scope sure looks great...  1 mainline flight minimum 7 a week   no employee can be furloughed   merger seniority protections   to me that seems like scope is pretty good   but gonna wait til I see the real language  to verify that

I'd like to leave the first week with at least a 750 vote lead.  First week is about 50% of the entire membership.
How is that working out?

When someone calls me a pollyanna and says i live under a rock, i take that personal and i don't forget a thing. You tell me you are losing in a video and i can't even believe that?.....There is something wrong with that.

Actually Tim I recommended to the company that we should pay for our improvements with your assortment of cross dressing gear that you've accumulated over your tenure. Unfortunately they turned that offer down as they said they weren't interested in poka dots and heels over 4 inches.

They said if you updated your wardrobe more often we may have been able to come to terms.

I guess some things are just not meant to be huh?

agree with ya bro mike33

although I could of sworn that several times prior to the TA that everything was going to be doom and gloom  and that scope had been dropped   but when the TA came out  at least the highlight sheet  the scope looks pretty compared to the 08 contract

So what do we learn from listening to or even considering believing Tim and his myriad assortment of aliases?

It's like some kind of Circus freak show sometimes.

I said this many weeks ago... “The erosion of Recognition and Scope is not even that much of an issue to the Company any longer”-- Most, if not ALL of the Fleet Service attrition sought by the Company was achieved in TWO Bankruptcies under the threat of abrogation. The Unions sat helpless as these jobs were erased. That time period is over!

If scope is addressed, it will be in the JCBA talks, and it will reflect synergies, and harmonization efforts. There is no reason for ANY Fleet Jobs to should be lost in the Transition.

It may not be fleet jobs lost, closing a station is the concern, you can always transfer to a hub and keep your job.

" minimum of 7 mainline weekly scheduled jet departures including AA mainline jet departures UNTIL JCBA.", FROM THE HIGHLIGHT SHEET. What happens at the joint cba negotiation? You think the company won't try to increase the depts? Scope is the most expensive item in the t/a, even more than payroll.

I work in a small station and I am very concerned abou this.
