No, how do you want to explain that?

I am not defending anyone, I am explaining the realities of what is going on and asking Tim how he would change it.
prez brought up delta so i brought up what he endorsed at united and that it was worse than ready reserve because he endorsed ready reserve over union jobs. Josh referenced the current job openings which were relevent to the discussion.

If and when i get in, i will not waive off time limits. The company doesnt want to settle grievances so we need to enforce third parties. Its in the agreement and its non negotiable. We may not get management to decide but we will get an arbitrator to and enforce the agreement. Everything else you said is 100% false.

So you will push everything to third step and beyond creating a bigger logjam. If they aren't responding in a timely manner what is going to change?

You clearly don't get it.

How are you going to take every grievance to arbitration and expect it to get resolved in a timely manner?

You still aren't telling anyone how you are going to accomplish that.

Nothing I have said is false, if it prove it.

I was around a lot longer than you have been when it comes to the grievance procedure and US Airways.

Your lying.

It takes an average of two years for a case to go to arbitration, unless its a discharge, but we have had cases go as long as that.

You are lying to the membership and lying to yourself, you are the one who is posting false information and not giving answers.

thanks for your honest input T5towbar, some here are out of touch enough to think that agreement won't affect us.

Ask CB, P.Rez and OGORAC about how long does it take third steps, mediation and arbitration to occur.

You would create an even bigger backlog and you would get sued for DFR.

Tim do you know for fact that CB and Prez actually truthfully endorsed that ual crap? Somehow I am not sure they did Also tim how is it possible to force those donkeys from tempe/dfw to settle grievances in a timely matter?
first off, delaney said it. Second off, both cb and prez denied it several months ago. Third off, cb flipped like a cheeseburger and admitted that he did endorse the ua and would be upset if ua didnt endorse his. Apparently cb didnt know what he said like he seems to have forgotten and wants to lie about the december proposal.
one way you cant get the donkeys to settle grievances is by playing their game by waiving off time limits. With arbitration, you dont have to get ah to settle, instead you get an arbitrator to rule.
As an aside, they been blowing smoke up your arse for 6 years but somehow you continue to believe them.
due to my foot up their arse by calling them out about your case, maybe they will pick it up. Ograc posted about his grievance and it was resolved.
i think you have a strong case so if they delay your case for 7 years and if i get in, i will give you my word that ill see to it to arbitrate.
Ok?

You are deceiving the membership the average arbitration takes two years or more to be heard.

You are lying to the members.

Your word?

Now that's funny, how are you gonna force Labor Relations to schedule an arbitration so fast?

Lies lies and more lies from you.

Leave our membership to sort things out for ourselves and let us get back to our task at hand. Your postings are just a quagmire of junk !....leave us alone so we can move fwd. The old regime is gone! you don't work here anymore.
