Ive already told you to start putting out the quarterly grievance reports to the local chairpersons as the bylaws say. Who is waiving the time limits if you dont? Delaney?

I think you know that answer, hell no. However, I am willing to listen to him  or anybody else on what they would like to see changed. I am not a negative person and would like people to trust that their thoughts do count. I am trying to take the high road. I care.

I think it comes from decades of experience in this environment. We know what works, and we know what doesn't work. We lived deregulation, we lived BK for profit, and we lived with intimidation from management as union reps. We know how the RLA governs every move in the process, and serves as a crutch for the company.
 
I'm pretty hard on a few in here for participating in arm-chair politics. These are folks that have never even sought to serve the membership, or advance unionism. They just want to b*** about everything and create dissent..

Well, someone should have told the IAM how destructive I was over the past 20 years since they hired me 4 years ago to Direct organizing at a critical time.  Someone should have probably advised Delaney and some INTL folks to not compliment me for winning the first major organizing drive at AirTran after 13 lost organizing drives in a row by others.  Winning 25,000 members with the team I put together is still something I'm quite proud of.  And securing the LMRDA rights in a federal case against the INTL, in support of 300,000 members is something I'm also quite proud of.  I'm also proud of being the lead advocate to protect the catering jobs by going on the TV, media, and going against your boy Frieberger in the PIT post gazette and organizing the Big Picture to help shut down that treaseon. Roabily would never have been able to work in Catering if that first contract was passed.  I'm proud of fighting against TA1 at United that topped out at only $24 in 2017 when Roabilly's boys endorsed that plan and we effectively shut'er down and then TA2, as bad as it was, at least improved the money to $26.44 by 2017.   Along the way, Canale wrote a letter about me condemning me to all 30,000 members,  and Delaney wrote a piece about me on his website telling folks not to listen to me and that he was telling folks the truth.  I hate lies and I hate your lies. You are a very evil person and have done more harm to our fleet service members than Frank Lorenzo did at Eastern. Please go away and you have a serious mental issue if you are posting on these sites 24/7 and not getting paid [yeah right] as you claim you have a business.   Why don't you tell everyone the truth that you were welching off of us tax payers and pimping us for 18 months of unemployment...weren't you?  I love getting PM's from folks who tell me things.  But then again, what should we expect from someone who was suppose to be organizing for Local 1725 and didn't even know the IAm filed a petition, and was suppose to be negotiating for his craft but was too stupid to realize he negotiated himself out of a job.  It's time you stop blaming AH and put the bong down, and move on with your life and clean your act up.

At any rate, getting back to enforcement.  Why do you keep saying we would be playing right into AH's hands if we stuck to the time limits?  Don't you know that he [his office] is the one who mutually agrees to waive them?

And you push everything to arbitration and only a half a dozen or so are held a year, you would make the backlog even greater.

How many third steps and arbitrations have you done?

I stated what is going on with my grievances, so why are you still bashing? I don't waive timelines. I resolve or withdraw, some I hold for investigation. My goal is to win every grievance every time but the reality is some I can't win. I write close out letters too. Tim, if you have issues I will listen to your concerns in person and address and respond to you the resolutions. Then if you get elected you can continue to pursue the issues. Tim, I am not against scrutiny and will take that and grow. PM me if you want my number to meet and discuss what you would like addressed. The last thing I want to do is not listen to concerns or be above criticism. Stop the attacking and talk, I'll listen.

Why should I answer you when I have asked you numerous questions and you ignore them?
 
Because nothing would get settled, and it would create a bigger backlog.
 
How many times do I have to repeat myself to you?
 
I have posted it numerous times.
 
It takes at least two years for a case to be heard, sometimes longer.
 
It isnt just Fleet, there are Mechanic and Related, Maintenance Training Specialists, Pilots, Flight Attendants, Customer Service, Res, and Dispatchers.  You do realize every union on the property has the same issue, not just Fleet.
 
So if it takes so long to hear a case now, buy pushing even more cases to arbitration, how do you expect it to get any better?
