Just so everyone knows about this mysterious December proposal we keep hearing about. We didn't even meet in December, there isn't a December proposal.

the proposal the company has from you has a dos that has a lower wage than amr. The membership instructed you that any wage less than sAA is unacceptable. And a two year contract is also a joke

Better yet why dont you tell the membership what was contained in the proposal? AH knows so why shouldnt our membership?
Informing the membership on the proposal isnt against anything.

well especially now that it's stated as an impasse officially.

the problem that i mentioned i believe earlier in this thread or the last one was that there was movement from the time that the iam filed the release till december. The movement was from our negotiations team by dropping some items. Another item they dropped was biddable week of holidays. Right mark?

The problem is that if a union files a release but then shows even a bit of movement then the nmb wont release. Cb told everyone that when they filed a release that they were at an impasse, however, because they lowered some items they were compelled to do a sorta impasse part two.

My only gripe is that AH played them and just kept saying no without coming up, while at the same time our nc came down. I hope this is the final time we claim there is an impasse. Hopefully the nmb can now rule on it.

I told you, you need to tell whoever your source is that he needs to give you correct information. Your wrong again Tim. Plus proposals always are changing, we are making proposals based on what the membership had told us. And you should have one of your buddies ask me the questions you want answered, since you will never answer mine. It's gonna be a two way street with you and me or nothing at all. You can just make your statements, and I'll make mine.

Watch-out Charlie-- If you keep refuting his disinformation with actual facts, he'll put you on ignore!

I would bet he is being used by NVA to spread hate and discontent and divide the membership.

Brothers and Sisters,

I was in DFW in a meeting with other Union leaders from both US and AA with all the higher ups including DP this week and based on my conversations I am not surprised by this announcement by the Company. I will try to elaborate more later.

I think that's pretty funny, someone that wants to inform the members, wants to put people on ignore so he doesn't have to respond. Something doesn't make since with that to me. Could it be that he doesn't want to respond to particular questions. Since he hasn't answered any of mine for the members to see who is truly deceiving them.

I hope the association is as tight as two coats of paint. The association is very very interesting and imo will be a huge monkey wrench that AH didnt expect.
Prez tell us about the association. From my understanding it is strong between the two unions.
This has potential to become a fight for middle earth.

I'll take that as a compliment, coming from you. And the US airways members should think it's disappointing why you won't address throwing us under the bus in the next election. But as long as Tim is in there, then all will be ok. Doesn't matter how many positions Tim wants to take away from US airways fleet. We will have Tim!!!

i dont have to engage or respond to anyone who cant post with his real name as i do. That should tell yourself something Charlie Brown. Until you step up and have the stones to post with your real name, it is unfair for you to criticize me for ignoring roabilly and 700.
Unlike you, i maintain accountability and integrity by posting under my own name so that anything i have said on this forum can be credited to me, good or bad.

Thay said, i have and will engage everyone with the exception of roa and 700.
The reason why is because neither of them are active members of our union.

Enjoy your weekend cb

Tim,

I can say that I met the fleet president of the local out of dfw who has 3600 members and he and I had a good talk. I believe the association will be a good thing. It will prevent both Unions fighting each other only for this Company to take advantage of our instability. I only wish the same for our district. All of this name calling and infighting is killing our solidarity. If you have a problem with something I am doing tell me. I have already admitted that I have and will make mistakes. This fighting is not getting us any closer to anything other than more bs from the Company.
