Apparently, you do too, since you have adopted his writing style, in addition to that, you answer EVERY post that mentions “DOOSH”! If you are not who he says you are, why respond to him? Anytime Bluto questions any of Nelson’s posts, you immediately jump in to rescue Nelson... do you think these readers are stupid?737823 said:

Why must you make it about everyone else instead of Tim?737823 said:
Didn't P. Rez have a cushy position with the TWU before the merger with America West? Wasn't there a run off between IAM/TWU in circa 2006/07?

TWU is far from perfect but the IAM structure to me is very suspect when you have many high paying officials who are family members of current IP and GVPs (to say nothing of other positions in the GL or DLs for that matter) who have never worked a day in an IAM shop. I mean why does Andy Buffenbarger have to stay around slurping $200k+ with a position created by his Daddy? What does he contribute? From what I have seen and read elsewhere it seems all he does is party. The IAM leaders like to be pampered, have all the latest gadgets, indulge themselves at luxury hotels and expensive dinner, too cool to fly commercial. Of course most here turn a blind eye to it, if I were paying $700+/year for their "representation" I'd be upset. They aren't getting money for their dollar. The IAM is a considerably weaker position today than they were 5 or 10 years ago, they have fewer members, less cash on hand and overall are in a weaker position, as is much of organized labor today.

Too bad the TWU didn't prevail, they would have done a much better job. We can hope the membership rejects that alliance and TWU represents fleet, AMFA for MX.

While your on a roll and have everybody's attention can you please tell us the other accomplishments the TWU has done for our profession? Here is a list. Please tell us how well the TWU has done on these with the same enthusiasm.
1) Two Tier pay scale
2) Two Tier vacation scale
3) Five paid vacation days
4) Reduced Vacation multiplier
5) Elimination of double time O/T
6) Ten days of IOD pay
7) Elimination of retirement Prefunding
8) Elimination of Penalty hour
9) Frozen Pensions
10) Reduction in Shift Premiums
11) Elimination of Longevity pay
12) Elimination of meal allowance
13) Removal of Cap on Flex benefits
14) Transfer lockout from 6 months to 1 year
15) New Line qual test (virtually impossible to pass)
16) Elimination of Profit Sharing
This should be enough to keep you busy. I am sure others can add to the list in a timely manner. Please take my request seriously. We all want to know how these items have benefited the AMT at AA with the same enthusiasm you have about the ASAP program.
Thank you and good luck.

This is about US Airways Fleet Service, not AMFA, not Hawaiian and not United.737823 said:
You are FSC, the AA AMTs overwhelmingly support AMFA. If given the choice IAM, TWU, or Association, TWU would be the way to go. The IAM has destroyed your craft at Hawaiian and United, tons of outsourcing loop holes in the current US CBA. I mean TWU protected 17 stations in bankruptcy, IAM could only protect seven stations outside of bankruptcy when they had leverage in joint negotiations. Pathetic, anyway you look at it.

Attacking tim?737823 said:P. Rez, too bad the TWU didn't stay around, things would be much better compared to the IAM. Didn't mean to come across as an attack, but 700 keeps attacking Tim.

I have to agree that I don't like it when you post any items against my union as I don't do that with yours. I can't think of any "major" airline union that has really done well in the last 15 years in this industry. Due to no fault of their own. Comparing apples to oranges is unfair when they've all been rotten.700UW said:Now thats funny.
Your obsessed JP Morgan employee posted about AMFA, and I posted what a TWU represented mechanic thinks about what they have done to them.
I wouldnt be surprised if you are on Ford and Harrison's payroll and the NTRW (for less) Committee helped you with your protests with the DOL against the IAM.
You are Gerry and Al's boy.
Better go spend time with Joshie, he misses you.
Fairbanks imo was the most pro management agc ever and charlie brown worships him. Funny story is that mf screwed over charlie brown who was begging for an agc job when mike told delaney that rezler was needed on the ballot in 2012 because fairbanks said he had clt.rockit2 said:AND mf DOES????????????????????????
