I like mayo on my crow, but not ready to eat it. I still think there is some poison out there somewhere.

The Liar Liar, your pants on fire is meant for some one else.

Carry on.

I saw this on Facebook apparently floating around break rooms.

I guess that is suppose to get everyone excited?.....Every politician and his/her agenda.  Nobody can wait for actual language. What a mess this org is. How does that get out without the rest of the language. That should be buried in its respective chapter. I'm not saying its not accurate but i will say that it's political.........$$ talks and BS walks. ..... Not yet anyways !

No no I wasn't posting this as a yee haw.. Just a I saw this and trying to get the info out. I mean we can all do the math with what was released earlier.

And...

Everyone write this down.. I am starting to agree with what Tim said earlier.. Looks like they are trying real hard to milk this for what it's worth... Show us the damn TA already.

I agree with you this being dropped in break rooms. Very political..

You are prolly right Mike. But I will admit, I liked seeing the wage scale as well and even text it to many.  We had one guy go out and buy some new rims after he saw the pay scale.  Any info that comes out is good, just wish we had all the info already.

We always say that people will look at the $$ first and we know that. It lays the groundwork to sway the mind in a different direction than analyzing is all I'm saying.

Fleet votes YES and M&R votes NO and goes back to the table for more ????

It's funny when I came on here and we started talking about "your" contract negotiations I said you needed to look at the entire contract, not just the base wages. One guy even went after me with "easy for you to say, we don't make the money you make" remember. Well now you all will be.

When you buy a car you need to check under the hood to make sure everything is sound. That's what you do when you get a "FULL CBA" Your entire contract deserves that attention so make sure you give it that before you buy it.

Everything does look good and checks out so far but heck even Tim has been developing a boner. Now take a cold shower and think with the big head, not the little one.

We took a quick ballot vote at my location based on the Highlight sheet and the wage scale sheet and with 30 votes cast we had 24 yes and 6 no.

Tim you know that you have to give it a little time. I mean your legal guys only signed off on the thing Monday morning. It's been 2 days there people.

Time has to be given to put it all together and to have comparisons to other contracts for any changes that were made. Charts, graphs and what not's are going to need to be made. Not to mention the colorful cover letter of course, lol.

Just give it a little time.

The money is good. And the 9/12/15 industry averaging snapshot is going to make it even better. I'm figuring on that day that it will be at least another 5% bump rather than the 2.1%. That should float it somewhere north of the $24 per hour range.

Guys like that should be hit with a shoe. Talk about rash behavior...

The pay parity should be locked in with the following:  UA will be $25.35.  Delta is currently: $24.46.  So we can take those numbers and derive a pay parity adjustment on 9/15 of $24.91 minimum, yes?  Assuming Delta gives out another pay raise in April of 2015 of 3%, the pay parity would be: $25.25.  As far as the money leading into joint talks, I would think there won't be much negative discussion about it, yes?  In addition to the pay parity, the contract has built in pay raises that would then take the pay around $27 by 2017.  Isn't that correct?
Ok Tim I redid your math with what we know and NOT factoring in if DAL get's any raises before we do the averaging.

$23.86 AA
$23.86 US
$24.60 UAL
$23.48 DAL

The average comes out to $23.95

Longevity:

.30 AA
.00 US (From what we currently know?)
.75 UAL
.00 DAL

The average comes out to .26 cents

$23.95
+00.26
-----------
$24.21 BASE rate on 9/12/2015
