Are you seriously going to begin to time anything after all the other misfires?

The FBI got the lying and anger issues all spot on.
You can talk to anybody you want, FBI, CIA, NSA, KGB. In your case it went nowhere. 3 falsely accused pilots got a paid vacation and USAPA attorney Seham got fired.
Cleary got sent to pasture and now spends his free time blowing his Claxon.

EMAIL COMMENTS FROM USAPA PHX DOMICILE REPRESENTATIVE DAVID BRAID FROM
BPR MEETING ON ALLEGED INDENTITY THEFT
At the last BPR meeting of course the alleged "ID theft" was a hot topic. Cleary said that he wanted to "protect the pilots" and he thinks that a law suit against Leonidas is the way to do that. I asked "how is a law suit going to protect the pilots, Life lock would do that." Seham got on the phone to explain the reasoning. You have all seen the letters written to all of the law enforcement agencies making many
accusations and demanding immediate action. We have seen a lot of speculation that someone has violated federal law and someone is going to jail for a long time over this "data theft". Seham explained that the FBI is really more concerned about hackers than ID theft and he still had hope that the FBI was a good organization and would do the right thing. But he did not sound very confident that the FBI was going to knock on 3 doors and haul anyone to jail. He went on to talk about the NC attorney general. I guess a couple east pilots stopped by the NC, AG's office complaining about ID theft. They were politely asked to leave because according to the AG no law
had been violated. At this point Seham told the board that the NC AG was reading the wrong and Seham knew better.
This left USAPA with no choice but to file a law suit in state court not federal order to get an injunction. Not NC because discovery rules favored USAPA here in AZ. That way they could stop the "damage" and do lots of discovery on Leonidas. But no USAPA was not going to include the company, the source of the information. I guess the deep pockets of the company probably is a deterrent to that.
I asked if Seham had heard from the AZ attorney general. Yes he had. He went on to explain what he had demanded of the AZ AG. (Seham is getting paid by the hour) That he told the AZ AG
that Leonidas was violating its corporate charter and had stolen 3000 east pilots ID's. The AZ AG wrote back that he was "disinclined" to pursue any supposed violation to a corporate charter. Also that if USAPA felt that any laws were broken that they should contact LOCAL law enforcement. USAPA is also encouraging individual pilots to file personal law suit against Leonidas. At the CLT domicile meeting reports were given that several pilots had gone to see some very expensive ($600 per hour) lawyers that were supposed to be very scary in a court room to pursue this data theft.
My guess as to why we have not seen or heard anything about ID theft lately is because law enforcement has looked at this case and come to the conclusion that no laws were broken and no ID's were stolen. Seham also made a big point of telling the board how long Leonidas has had the information. September 2009. Yet there have been no reports of ID theft up till now. USAPA passed a resolution giving Mike Cleary the president and legal counsel exclusive authority to pursue any legal path they consider appropriate. The board turned over control to Mike. So if Mike thinks it is a good idea to spend a couple hundred thousand going after Leonidas in order to get into their books and computers and records that is what he is going to do.
On a side note, deary and Mowery questioned Roger very heavily about the "ID theft", from the questions they were asking it did not appear that they really had any idea what was going on, what the company knew or what anyone knew. They asked what administrative leave meant. They did not even know that they three guys were getting paid during this time. I don't think the company has talked to or given USAPA any information of this investigation.
