USAPA is poised to flip 180 degrees away from virtually everything they've argued since their still-birth...and hoping no one will notice the light speed flip and the humiliating, soul crushing hypocrisy that comes with it. TOO LATE.

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? They're going to have the west sit at the table. The west will present their SLI. APA won't care what they present. No litigation issues to deal with and no chance of DFR.

East will present whatever.

APA will present their SLI.

that's not really  a reason even if they want the west at the table they may look at everyone and say we think DOH with fences is the way to go.

Remember, Prechill still believes the Santa Claus notion. The west group believes there will be a Cinderella ending with the APA.
Why not? Every other group with a history with the APA has come out fabulously. (Sarcasm)
