I'd gently suggest that might be a rather sore subject for at least one "spartan", umm..."fighter pilot".

The decision of whether or not to go to arbitration is a big one, as Bob Crandall told the APA.... 
 
The man, the myth, the legend gave his advice to the AA pilots...... "consider whether you want to turn the important question of seniority integration over to an arbitrator, rather than settling it yourselves.... If I were you I'ld choose to decide for myself, because I think that is the best bet for a successful and prosperous American..." 6:12.

Will APA really relinquish their power over the decision of whether or not they submit to an arbitrator?  Will the APA really empower the West pilots to drag the APA to arbitration? 
 
The APA is arguing to let a 2004 hire from the sand lot decide?  Really?

Sigh! Lets just start with the utterly inconceivable idea that, after busting a required polygraph, "you'se" would be denied a job by both the FBI and Secret Service...? Really? What NERVE they had! Perhaps a throaty "This is SPARTA!" might've helped..? No matter. Those agencies should certainly center their concerns entirely around "you'se" desires, one must suppose...? Follow that up by nurturing the degree of self pity shown by: "I will probably always be effected by the injustice of what happened."  Indeed. Who could doubt your being rejected by anyone anywhere to ever, even possibly, be other than a complete "injustice"? Then, there's being a self-styled "Airbus 320 Fighter Pilot." Seriously? Spice it up further with prior claims of having "attended rather exclusive private educational institutions", yet being inexplicably unable to express "you'se" self in anything approaching adequate english. Stir with little more than a continuous stream of infantile expletives, and...well...perhaps, just possibly, some additional consideration should first be given towards your foundational notions and personal perspective, before assigning the "thought" of ANY others being "insane", just sayin....

The substance went out of your posts many months ago, now it is just the rambling repetitiveness of an unoriginal soused dullard.

Bob Crandall's advice to come to an agreement rather than go to arbitration was his own.  You are so blinded with hate about USAPA you blame everything on them and shout scab at every thought or question.  I pity the lady taking your order at the drive though.... Do you yell USCABA when someone says "Good morning."     
 
If you actually believe the APA will disregard Crandall's advice and will relinquish to Ferggie/Koontz their decision about whether to go to arbitration or not, then do tell... What persuaded the APA?
