Huh, of course there will be a DFR, this time from the east, should be fun and tie things up for quite a while. Three airlines with separate ops, only two have major attrition.
DFR? LMAO. There's a ZERO percent chance it'll go anywhere round boy. None.

Move. You and Steve Gay need to get smart. How is Cleardirect these days?

that's not really  a reason even if they want the west at the table they may look at everyone and say we think DOH with fences is the way to go.
Sure. And then you'll live happily ever after. Is that correct?

He certainly will never deal with a west 330 crew.
That, will not happen for 5 yrs at the least now that Parker has the AA pilots spinning their wheels.

The APA is going to get schooled by the NMB about modifications after a vote. As well as Parker.
The Wilders are the best. The ABSOLUTE best.
Harper and the stuttering heart surgeon were schooled.

Traitor comes to the realization he is probably the most despised east pilot.

The realization that this isn't Junior High School awaits the village idiot.  😀

If the APA doesn't touch the east committee, but just allows the west a voice, what will you sue for? MB was enacted to prevent the majority from screwing the minority in a merger. That's what the APA will be doing. You should be happy, it looks like you may get a do over in front of an arbitrator(s).

If the APA ..

If the APA and the company breach the contract by establishing a party to the MOU that doesn't legally have a right to the provisions of the MOU..
If the APA and the company act out of accord with the MB Statute by unilaterally establishing a right for the defeated plaintiff to participate in MB....

Well they have nothing to worry about if USAPA agrees to the changes ... and we ratified it by a vote of 98%.  If that happens, then yes, what could we sue about. 😀

Why do you think APA and the company are asking USAPA to agree to change the MOU?  Duh.

Then so will the PHL female east pilots and any other group who wants to break out. That is how Benedict Arnold Traitor sees things
He has not heard that the east pilots will support the TWA pilots in their effort for DOH, a seat for them, sounds like at least 9 or 10 lists will have to be redone. Separate ops will work fine.

"As American Airlines Chief Executive Officer Doug Parker has stated publicly, American and US Airways will operate separately for 18 to 24 months and “Very few changes will happen immediately.”
