You're alone in that opinion. You've been checkmated.

Deal with it.

If someone spouts off on a message board to announce a group is checkmated, and you aren't personally their to read it, are you?

Wrong. Silver accepted your argument that because the West wasn't a CBA, they had no standing in MB. You then went on to clearly prove to her--beyond any shadow of a doubt, what a bunch of lying, hypocritical, POS your fake union was and she completely neutralized you for the same reasons the West was excluded. Everyone seems to get that but your group. With power comes responsibility...you couldn't handle it like adults so it was taken from you.

You "won". Congratulations. LOL!!

Your witness.

The prosecution rests in the matter of the question regarding the legal sanity of Metroyet

Your junior pilots, especially the ones that were furloughed, could be junior to FORMER third listers.  And unlike your unsupported hallucination, my hypothetical is factually possible.  Meanwhile we all enjoy our DOH.  🙂
We'll find out. Won't we. The West will present that pesky, "powerful evidence of a fair result" that was authored by those very arbitrators mentor...George Nicolau. That plus the mountains of bad faith evidence, and the clear intent of Us Air/AMW merger and we'll see what happens. I'm sure your third listers will make out like bandits. HA!!!

APA has now opened the biggest bag of worms this industry will ever see. As per judge Silver the west is NOT entitled to a seat.
USAPA won't be there to fight it. I'm sure the APA is worried - NOT!

They pretty much called USAPA out as liars and that the west will have a seat.

You can read right? Everyone else seems to be able to read and UNDERSTAND what she said.

Well let us just say APA is in a "FEDERAL COMPLIANCE POSITION"! Remember the M/B was put into law, "BECAUSE OF THEM"!
Now you're just being your typical moron self.

Not to worry.  The lawyers at the NMB will set the APA straight.  I seriously doubt that the M/B process was envisioned to include letting one side select the representatives for both groups.  APA doesn't get to choose it's opponents.

Neither does USAPA.

If this goes to arbitration the West will  have a seat at the table.

Wonder where our beloved box-carrying idiot Jamie is. Family troubles again?

I sure hope not!.  Those family troubles can be a real pain, as you well know after that bitter divorce and personal bankruptcy.

But look on the bright side.  If that dump on Ashford appreciates another 200 grand or so, you'll be out from under water!

Envision? I guess that's in the eye if the beholder and I'm thinking USAPA won't have much say.

USAPA poked the bear and is now going to feel its wrath. If the 1600 pilots in the west could hold off USAPA, imagine what APA will do to them.

I'll bet USAPA winds up having more input into this than the APA.

You're an idiot, a junior one, too!

Pretty stupid that the APA would use the one part of the Order that has been requested by the company for removal as their argument.

Please stop. That hurts so much. You win. Boo hoo.
