I almost believed you....

What?  I never claimed to be a victim.  I didn't denigrate anyone for falsely charging me of abusing my dog.  And I never promoted a website that solicits donations. 😉

Read the judge's words for yourself.  Claxon even posted them so you can be lazy and just refer to a few posts back rather than go digging for yourself.  Unless you were just attempting to be rhetorical and reveal your ignorance at the same time (not that there is anything wrong with that). 😀

If america west pilots issued a seniority protocol document in the woods with a bear or goat, would anybody know?
.....

The West is flush with money, so they say.... but now they are asking the New American for $2M... when they went to meet with the company on the 20th of December they submitted a proposal for the New American to cough up $2M to the West Plaintiffs (aka "West Merger Committee" wink, wink) by January 9th (two days from now).  Ferggie is on the "West Merger Committee"... hey, wasn't he also a founding member of the LLC that goes by the legendary name or Leonidas?  Are LLCs non-profit or for-profit?  😉

Self-asserted West Pilot Merger Committee Draft Proposal for the Protocol Agreement...

4. Because New American is responsible for ensuring a fair and equitable
SLI, Section 7 of the MOU is expressly modified to the extent that New American
agrees to provide a total of $2 million to each of the three Merger Committees
within 30 days of the Effective Date of the MOU, or January 9, 2014,

eric auxier is an america west pilot hired in 1999.  he feels entitled,  I feel he has mental problems.  The company should take note.

"In 2005, a financially solvent America West Airlines bought US Airways"

"The America West pilots felt that because their airline rescued US Airways, the “West” pilots should at least get a fair blending in the seniority list with the “East” pilots."

"When asked about his thoughts on the new merger, and the possibility of new union representation by the Allied Pilots Association (APA), which is the current pilot’s union at American Airlines, US Airways Captain Eric Auxier had this to say: “I fully expect APA to do the honorable thing and abide by whatever arbitrated agreement emerges, contrary to USAPA, which was created for the purpose of reneging on its legally binding obligation to honor the USAir seniority list. For this very reason, USAPA was found guilty of DFR (Duty of Fair Representation) by unanimous jury verdict.”

"Regarding which list the New American Airlines should use, Auxier says:  “that list and present their own list to their advantage and our disadvantage.” There is one legal seniority list, the two pilot groups hammered it out, the arbitrator presented it, the pilot groups accepted it, they presented it to the company, the company accepted it, so that’s the list that we hold to and USAPA is fighting to steal"

Wow! I must wonder at just exactly who's grubby little hands they wished to have receive the funds....Perhaps the same "trustworthy" types that appropriated to themselves the east pilots' personal data and SSN's? One must additionally wonder if ANY of the rank and file out west have ever even seen the inside of supposedly "their" little LLC's financial records. I'm guessin' NOT. Oh well...Just "Click to Donate". 😉

No, in fact the company gave him back pay after 6 months off because the internal company investigation found that there was no breech of data.

If the company found there was, would they be liable? (sarcasm)

I suppose the companies internal investigation on id theft is as honest and significant as an internal alpa pilot seniority arbitration.

Can you cut and paste it, I never take anything Claxon posts seriously.

eric auxier alludes that he has flights all over the world, from his 7 year PHX based prison since the failed nic internal alpa attempt..

Narcissism?   The following video is proof.  There are more.

"Narcissism?" Indeed, and to a degree that's almost unbelievable, if not already so well-evidenced over the last few years.  Wow! "45 scenes from all over the world."?...And ya' just gotta' love the "heroic" music track as well. Nothing ever gets the adrenaline flowing faster than sedentary views of instruments in some Airbus, after all. 😉 "That boy jess' ain't right" doesn't even begin to properly address...Seriously! I've still got to go with the below being my most clinically fascinating favorite though:

We can learn some very important and powerful axioms from these two different processes... Avoidance of guilt is the goal but must be approached by different means based on timing...

If there is a change you are already guilty, immediately conduct an internal investigation.

If there is a chance you might become guilty in the future, immediately outsource your responsibility to a third party that will be guilty if anything goes wrong.
