Read the judge's words for yourself. Claxon even posted them so you can be lazy and just refer to a few posts back rather than go digging for yourself. Unless you were just attempting to be rhetorical and reveal your ignorance at the same time (not that there is anything wrong with that). 😀

No, in fact the company gave him back pay after 6 months off because the internal company investigation found that there was no breech of data.Phoenix said:

I suppose the companies internal investigation on id theft is as honest and significant as an internal alpa pilot seniority arbitration.
