So what's "Monkee" think about that "poking"? No matter: Do feel free to dazzle us all with "you'se" gun camera/strike footage, apparently "heroic", mighty "spartan".  Yourself and "Nicelandingcaptain", from long ago here, should get a room together to share all your "war" experiences. 😉

The APA, your new CBA replacing a former bargaining agent, has all the right in the World to agree to enter arbitration FOR YOU. They've already told you that's what they are going to do. It's REQUIRED by the MOU you ratified. There is no West. Just USAPA pilots and you're all going to arbitration whether you like it or not. You don't have to agree to anything if you CBA agrees for you.

How does a single party disagree with itself?

We will have mandatory arbitration according to the statute, or we will have voluntary arbitration according to mutual terms agreed to in a protocol agreement.
, and of course a negotiated list is the third option.

Let's examine but two of those illogical absurdities, shall we?:
 
1) "There is no West. Just USAPA pilots..." Which argues for a seperate presentation, by and for the west, exactly how?
2) "You don't have to agree to anything if you CBA agrees for you." So then; the west is fine with suffering just another TWA stapling job...?

We should simply admit the obvious here, that the APA, once made all-powerful, will internally negotiate, yet fail to reach an agreement with themselves, and then necessarily arbitrate, again with themselves, but yet?...Mighty "sparta" will magically be a major force/farce to be reckoned with nonetheless! 🙂
