I am keeping up.  You may have forgotten, but about 6 months ago I said this SLI was headed to arbitration, and you said it wasn't.  Want to retract that statement?
 
I'm referring to when APA becomes the bargaining agent.  And the nonexistent USAPA claims something other than the NIC is the legitimate list.

I really didn't care that the easties cost themselves hundreds of millions of dollars due to their sheer stupidity, but looking forward, I can see how they'll try to do that to the combined pilot group as well.

You are clueless or must have friends or married to the west side, if I were you I would get a hold of Wilson and tell him to wise up, you will get hurt in arbitration when you could have a nice long fence and keep your wide body's yours, which you should. Good Luck. You will learn how this management loves to divide this group.

quick question..  when USAPA goes away can the ones responsible for costing the west pilots loss of income due to seat denial be held liable?

Are you really this naive? The west pilots insisted on pay disparity which Parker took advantage of. The west pilots ignored the peril of holding the Nic lottery ticket going into a merger. They can look into the mirror and ask themselves who made the decisions.
Parker can count on the APA being slow.

APA Pilots founded the B Scale. Perhaps you should repay the thousands at other airlines forced into your new world order.

Separate ops west, AA, and east for 5 more years. No contract for 5 yrs. delta and UAL make big gains. You have just been scripted into the america west Parker Franke play book.

Then go with it. After all, shouldn't a west 84 hire get a 787 or 777 capt seat?
