East has had date of hire all along, with the associated privileges of major advancement by seniority.  west has been a separate phx based regional for Easts international and domestic routes.

Whats in your bid results?
We have the best merger attorney in the business so I am not concerned about bid results. How's your B team with plan B's? Do they offer credit to those who can't pay? I'm raising serious concerns about serious men doing serious business.

Seriously

Money which is disputed. Not being a smarta$$ but what's your plan B while those funds are tied up? 😉
A lot has been disputed by the west at a great cost.  Name one thing the army of lyingitas has accomplished for you in the last 10 years?  There is no need for a plan b for East pilots, they won.

OK, I'll say it another way. I think you are in serious denial for claiming victory prior reaching the finish line.

East won.  Not only are East pilots advancing in their careers in a major way by date of hire, the East new hires are getting wide body and Captain positions.  You have been stagnant for 10 years, with no end in sight.  What else is there to win?

West pilots are going into this new merger with a stagnant soon to be closed phx operation.

That's quite the stretch, your desire to see Phoenix closed could bite you back because those displaced pilots will bid to another base by their seniority not by DOH, btw. You no longer have your East buddies in their previous positions nor do you have USAPA to forward your scheme.

Phoenix closes, fine, paid MovetoCLT. 😉

What seniority do you have?  It has already been established that the nic is dead by many court cases.  Your west pilots seniority with American has not been decided and it will not be for a few years.

The US Airways list presented will look a lot like this:

I just checked and I am above Dean Collelo.

Who knows, after the airbitration, Dean may be further down the list. 😉

Who presented that list?
Could we get freighterguyagain to run the list over while he delivers his resumes? Kinda like being furloughedagain, the same position he brought to the acquisition in 2005 😉

Fact from our seniority award, also known as the Nic:
US Airways had a grand total of 5098 pilots on its seniority list, 1691 of which (33%) were on furlough.

west is bringing to the American merger the same position they had in 2005 and it happens to be the same position they have now, 10 years later.

That position being on the arbitrated one....

Not the Jess list.

We'll be there, with list in hand, the work of a respected arbitrator:

Re: APA Designation a/West Pilots Merger Committee
Dear Arbitrators Eischen, Jaffe and Vaughn:

This email and attachment serves to advise you that a Preliminary Arbitration Board
consisting of Joshua Javits, Stephen Crable, and Shyam Das has "order[ ed] APA to designate a
West Pilo!sMerger Committee as a full participant in the seniority integration process."

Present the Jess, good luck

A declaratory judgment, a failed DFR suit and an agreement on a American contract nulled any previous agreements.  But hey, go ahead and wear your 675 tie for the next few years, stagnant and in a base that will be closing.

You certainly lack self-confidence and have not presented nothing more than weak, canned slogans.

You'd better be more prepared than I am seeing here.

Good luck, enjoy the rest of your day. 😉
