Being pissed off because a group reneges on binding arbitration doesn't require the box to be checked "yes".
You are not a physician and therefore not qualified to evaluate Res's mental state. Posts such as his with continued angry rants surely indicate deep rooted emotional distress. Why do you think the FBI took a pass on him?

What qualifies you to evaluate him? Angry rants? I've flown with plenty of pilots over my career that have displayed angry rants. Over ex-wives, taxes, politics, seniority list integrations...you name it. Does that qualify them to check YES on item 18(M)?

I can name one regular poster here that was kicked off this forum for sending angry threatening PM's. He's back under a clever new screen name and has toned down his act slightly, but he is just as bad as you portray RES to be, if not worse.

Just as Luvthe9 does not work for USAirways, is not Courtney Borman, and has friends in high places at APA, RES says he is not Mark C Doyal. I guess we'll never know for certain.

Being greedy by wanting arbitration on a seniority list integration in the first place is professional pilot suicide and insanity. That alone qualifys former ALPA pilots here for the loony bin.

All is good now, though, this will solidfy our current contract as the defining contract for at least the next ten years. And that's ONLY if their isn't another downturn. Managing for $100 barrel of oil is gonna sting the pocketbook in a few years.

And you obviously don't see that what is posted here is harmless and is ignored after what Andreas Lubitz just did to himself and 149 other people. Seems to me the "medical professionals" in Europe and EASA got that evaluation right. So I suppose they are going to ignore all the "professional profanity" that still occur out on the line and what you are advocating that pilots with more LOS fly under COMMAND of those with LESS TIME?

Let's just let " new hire Lubitzs" fly our aircraft and you guys can sit in the "right" seat.

BTW, you can read about the latest on that here.

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/29/world/europe/pilot-andreas-lubitz-sought-treatment-for-vision-problems-before-germanwings-crash-authorities-say.html?_r=0

"Whatever the cause it was not enough to derail his career. Mr. Lubitz completed his studies, worked as a flight attendant while awaiting an open slot as a pilot, then finally began working as a co-pilot for Germanwings in 2013. He logged 630 flying hours. In his spare time he was an avid runner who competed in several half-marathons and other races."

We let flight attendants in the cockpit while we take a bathroom break. But that doesn't concern me because I think the APA pilots here have MUCH greater ego and demigod issues than they do.

Reality checks all around.

ALLIED PILOTS ASSOCIATION: FIRST OFFICERS SHOULD HAVE THE SAME QUALIFICATIONS AS CAPTAINS

https://public.alliedpilots.org/apa/ForTheMedia/PressReleases/PressReleaseArchives/tabid/949/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/2719/Allied-Pilots-Association-First-Officers-Should-Have-the-Same-Qualifications-as-Captains.aspx

West Pilot merger committee:  We don't believe LOS should be used as a measure of qualifications to be a Captain.  That is why pilot's NEED arbitration with lawyers who have NO IDEA of what happens in the cockpit (let alone medical professionals).  Andreas Lubitz evidently was angry that his career path with only 631 hours of "Captain" time was disqualifying him for flying at Lufthansa.  Even the APA believes that "New hire pilots" are Captains so we don't need the years of service experience anymore which is why the Nicolau Award should STAND!

So what's the West pilot argument going to be next?

Nice lawyerly response.  Spoken like a true weasel.

You are no doubt familiar with the requirement to self disclose if your FAA medical certicicate has ever been denied, suspended, or revoked.  That box must be checked every time you take a physical.

The truth is that a man who has been rejected by two federal agencies on the basis of lie detector based personality assessments, and shows a pattern of unmanageable rage in his unhinged forum posts, is a far greater risk to the traveling public than someone who was once grounded for back problems.  It is indeed fortunate for Mark C. Doyal that the FAA has no access to those assessments.

The USAPA pilots have joined the Air Canada, Southwest and Frontier "renigades" in rejecting absurd arbitration awards that would have decimated the careers of their F/Os.  Sorry it cost you that Phoenix basing you always wanted, but we stand with our junior guys whether you like it or not.

Well said! He seems to be having a hard time adjusting to retirement and can't let go.

This is an anonymous forum for Christ's sake. Nobody knows who anyone is with any certainty. I would stop dragging people's names through the mud simply because you feel cheated in your career. I forget how many people I've been accused of being. All wrong. This is getting ridiculous.

One guy honorably served his country in combat and the other guy, a grown man, sat at home and maintained his inane personal blog that features "cool" airplane pictures.  So at some point the veteran got sick of this weasel's chirping and told him he needed a knuckle sandwich.  Is that he gist of it?

Oh, the drama.  Should we all wet our pants now?

Good grief.

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

Forget it, Kevin.  We know who you are and we also know that the APA isn't too happy with you.

We KNOW you don't work here.  We know your wish to be a pilot is frustrated.

And everyone KNOWS who I am here.

I have NO fear of the TRUTH.

RIDICULOUS?  Now that is the ONLY thing you have EVER posted that describes what you and yours do in life.

The frivolous lawsuits just keep piling on and only the REAL question that ultimately comes to the front is what will THEY do when it doesn't go their way?
